Sadly our engineers exaggerate the cost of constructing a swimming pool, hence making it look like it is for who is who in the society. Our engineers and builders lie on the cost. With the coming of China, mtaamka. You dont have a reason as to why a swimmingpool 20×40 will not cost 1m and below.....no reason. It is because of greed

Blame the quantity surveyor and contractors not engineers who do design and ensure the right construction is implemented
