As who with 17 years experience with 3DsMax and 5 years experience with Blender I had to say I never going back to work with 3DsMax again. Blender is much more better.
I started to use 3Ds Max in 2003. It's a pain to throw out all that knowledge, and begin to use Blender as novice, even knowing that it is wise investment.
