the show goes “I hope you weren’t too invested in all that political intrigue and logistics we put forth in episode 1 and 2” because the last episode ends with the characters killing the bad guys and leaving to go back to living in the middle of no where. So we’re just expected to believe the empire runs itself now. It just feels very shallow. And of course, this story is supposed to inspire the elves to rebel against the humans and give them hope, when really the humans are barely in the story and the situation is a result of the elves’ short sightedness and greed. The humans and monsters had nothing to do with the conjunction of spheres.
You're not going insane, Blood Origins and Willow ARE the same show
And Rings of Wokeness.
When you watch a random clip cut out of any of these series it´s impossible to tell what series it is taken from. It´s all so generic, with bad CGI and absurd diverse cast.
I am so glad you did not mention the words woke. It's refreshing and feels like the most honest review I've heard in along time
Looks like a Uwe Boll film.
It's worse than She Hulk? Wow! XD
Movies and shows for the most part don't go out of their way to denigrate women to the extent they're doing to men for the past few years.
Wahoo!! Almost at 50k. Let’s gooo!!
Oh wow there's actually a line saying it'll piss Geralt off? Oof. They must have been so proud of themselves
They made willow talk shit about himself and put himself down and basically saying him saving everyone from the movie was all luck. No he used his brain and a trick he perfected and out smarted his opponent.
Willow is my Bassett hounds name. She so cute w her big ears....lol. 🐶
How exactly does a dwarf elf work?
Did you like how the princess gathered all the warmongers from all sides together to kill all the people who were literally signing peace treaties (including her own family) so that she could bring about peace (some how the other kingdoms are all like the necromongers from riddick “you keep what you kill” and just hand over their entire kingdoms to the murderer of their kings) and what SURPRISED when the warmongers didn’t want peace…..
Boy that second grade writing level sure looked stunning behind tens of millions of dollars
Willow's beginning sounds like Terminator Dark Fate where John Connor gets killed.....
Happy New Year and all that jazz and thank you for your service, watchin this crap so we don't have to... :P
Perhaps Netflix can 'excel': get Uwe Boll to do a Bloodrayne TV series 'starring' Ben Kingsley as 'angry wooden statue vampire lord' (reprising his role in the original film)
Even on YT there are better Witcher movies. There's Alzur's Legacy and Witcher parody movies such as "Dwa Miecze I Amulet'' or Magnaci I Czarodzieje". All have English subtitles
Here's hoping for Hollywood will go back to the early years of film making for 2023
when you say, that maybe these producers hear every UK accent the same, I think you're onto something there.
I remember finishing the second season of The Witcher and before the credits end we get this little preview about Blood Origin, I was like "wait this does not look like anything I'm familiar with the games and books" and thought it was weird... didn't think it would ever be this bad.
You have not lost all hope already by the second season finishing?
I liked season one after I understood the time frames. And I was like, okay, they needed to find themselves here. So season two will be more coherent, characters are established and all. This could be good.
And then came the "Ciri is almighty"-hell of boredom...
"its so bad! its so bad! it's messed up! horrible job!"
5 mins in before you give a reason
Somebody really wanted to out do Rings of Power in terms of shittiness (Willow is also in competition).
Its amazing that in terms of high fantasy adaptations, a 2 minute Brazilian made car commercial using a live action adaptation of the Dungeons & Dragons 80's cartoon as a vehicle for said commercial had more heart and respect for the source material than any of these three shows lol
I'm a massive book and game fan, everything you got mad about X100 is about how mad I am right now! It was so easy, fans were hungry for this. All I wanted was some sword fights, monsters and shirtless Cavill....was that really to much to ask for?? As a female gamer I'm getting super sick of the girl boss crap, and I'm saying this as a middle aged, childless career woman lol
Thank you so much I was going to continue my subscription for Netflix just to watch this
Happy new year to you as well.
I am sorry you (had to) watch(ed) this show. Absolutely sad what is produced these days.
£5 says the editing department had to cut this to ribbons deep into post-production, hence why it’s so cack-handedly put together.
Happy New Year!
It could be worse... With all the 4th wall breaking, SheHulk just might have shown up in this series!
New DLC for Witcher 3!
Geralt finds a portal in a cave, and it brings him to this world. Now he take all of his skills, and see how long it takes him to kill every single person?!
Thorias sums it up in a nutshell; 7:50
Happy new year’s to you sir 😎😎
That man arm on the poster has the Batman symbol on it 😮😮
We appreciate the sacrifice of your sanity.
Could all these script writers be using the same AI to write the scripts instead of actually doing real story writing?
No, no. It features a little person and her vengeful hammer and men kissing men. I mean, that's what fantasy is, right?
