My view on flat VS rockered skating, and what rockered skating has done for me, even though I have a total of about 2 minutes of 4 wheel, 80MM flat skating experience. :)

Enjoyed the in depth review. Also extra points for the neon t shirts, definitely a fan. 🤙

      I tried. 🙃
It was heavy overcast that day (last Saturday, and I waited for it to clear a little, which would have made this come out better with more lighting).
The sun came out, for about 5 minutes, when I finished shooting that.
I have more videos like that planned, though, so this was a good "practice" run. 😉

Never tried rockers. It’s still a new term to me. I’ve only tried flat soft boots.
I like how you explained your own experience using rockers and your background with skating in the pond.
Would it be fair to say rockers are meant more for aggressive skating?
Normally I see you skate, but I believe this is the 1st time I’ve seen you reviewed skates.
    Keep it up. ❤

You are doing it right, learning the skills you will need if you were ever to switch. (and building skating leg strength)
If you were ever to switch, the only reason you may want to do so, is more for artistic skating, or skating with quick moves.
It's all I've ever done, and I love it, so that's why I do it.
Aggressive skating is a whole different discipline, with skates to match.
      Same with speedskating.
I know it's not easy trying anything new, when it comes to skate setups.
I'll never forget when I tried skating flat, so I'm sure it's the same for anybody new to rockered skating.
But there's an old saying about skating rockered:
Once you learn it, there's no going back.
And it's been that way for me since I was a kid.
