    Me and a friend who's a MMA fighter and extremely fit are doing this now in the gym and we are feeling it. Granted, I did the day 6 workout two days ago. It's a calorie burner and doesn't half work the core.
    It determined we need to increase our core and not as strong as we thought.

    Thank you for another great workout. I'm getting ready for a 30 day epic hike across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. Besides my long walks outside and on the treadmill these HIIT workouts are strengthening my entire body and dramatically improving my hiking endurance. You are a blessing.

    This was a killer! I love doing your ab workout videos! Just one little thing; in this video I could not really hear the beep of the timer at the end of each 30 minutes. I would do an exercise and look up and it has already moved on to the next exercise. Maybe my hearing is just off today, but I thought I would write it in the comments. LOVE the HIIT it harder challenge so far!! Can't wait for Monday!! :)

    Long ago I used to do a workout called 5x5x5 abs by fitnessblender. This is similar but even better . My new favourite abs workout! I will make working my abs a *goal* this year.

    How consistent should you be with this? Like everyday? 4x a week?

      I define consistency as " getting movement exercise / sport in daily" not necessarily doing the same routine 4 to 5 x weekly. In order to keep your progress you best switch up your routines / exercises every few weeks and alternate muscle groups... also alternate in intensity!

    I really enjoyed the challenging burns of this workout however I wish there wasn't that much repetition. I find it much more motivating to go to different exercises and be a bit surprised of what it's going to be! Thanks for everything Anna ;)

    My review: This is a good workout! Not too hard but definitely feel the burn. It works obliques almost every single exercise which is good. (Most workouts neglect the obliques and the lower abs and she gets both well.) She doesn’t specifically have workouts for the upper abs but she keeps her upper body lifted the whole time which keeps them tense. I’d recommend doing this too for the extra burn (but also your poor neck will be tired too). The majority of the exercises work the entire middle ab and tbh I appreciate it. I also like the two halves repeating no rest. Music is basic and non controversial so understandable. 8.5/10
