@@brose-bg3ks not quite, as any dietician and nutritionist would tell you. Your body will belive there is a lack of food, so it will store the fat believing there is food available ONLY during that time of day, so it stores the fat for later believing there is scarcity of food. Therefore: you will be nutrient deffient due to the body storing all of that for later rather than using it when it needs it. Thats why a lot of diets that have to do with fasting need to be done under professional watch as it can be deadly.
P.s the recommended calorie count for an adult is 2000 calories DAILY, so if you have to eat 2000 calories in 3 hours, you will hurt yourself. And even if you can eat 2000 calories like in a big mac, it wont be all the nutrients and good fats, carbs etc... you need inorder to you know, live.

She could hire a professional nutritionist or a personal chef for the amount she's paying.
Edit:: I did some research, the person chef is $300 per week for a family of 4 people, since she is one person it would be cheaper. Estimated around $120-$180_ per week. Higher if she gets someone who makes elaborate fancy meals.
It would cost $120 for the consultation with a nutritionalist. $200 for a fancy one. Then between $50-$80 each additional visit. Or some do $500 a month packages that include a free consultation and between 4 to 6 additional check ups and provisions.
She is paying $900 a month on dairy and that doesn't include her additional grocery bills.

    • @jemsuk3784

Tbf raw milk does have some evidence to reducing inflammation and increasing serotonin through the micro biome which could significantly reduce depressive symptoms. I feel like people should do some research on it before shitting all over it. Pasteurisation was made for factory farmed animals which had awful hygienic conditions and poor immune systems due to lack of nutrition by being fed grains and lack of free roaming as they were confined to a small space. For well raised cows raw is mostly fine if taken in small amounts and gradually titrated up as it has large amounts of beneficial bacteria which could potentially colonise the gut micro biome. I feel like people hear the word raw and shit themselves it totally depends which circumstances the animals were in. Ruminants (cows, sheep, goats, buffalo)are mostly fine if they eat what they are supposed to (grass) as they have multiple stomachs to fully digest it. Probiotics are especially needed in modern society where we are honestly over sanitised which doesn’t build up our immune system and gut micro biome the way It is supposed to. Honestly they are condescending to each other they both believe they are right and both don’t even once second guess which is why I believe we have so much illness as it’s usually the governments opinions that get put out there the most which has led to a lot of the population being obese or overweight I feel like the dietician should have maybe took into consideration that maybe the raw milk did help her depression and not just brushed it off as there wasn’t any evidence in front of her but if she did her research she would know that raw milk and especially raw milk kefir has potential to influence gut flora which could definitely influence depression and even mitigate it. People over state the need for pharmaceuticals and do depend to use them for the rest of their life which isn’t really needed for the majority as it could probably be fixed with a diet change whether that be carnivore,Keto, vegan or adding in probiotics. Diet might even have a stronger effect than anti depressants.

I don’t know where you’re getting your studies but healthline one of the first articles I got on the topic had over 20 annotations quoting research that doesn’t support people drinking raw milk even for the negligible asthma and respiratory benefits that are still in proven. I understand you’re claiming it’s not simply one sided but it simply is Raw unpasteurized milk is very capable of still causing severe issues or death and isn’t worth drinking for minimal benefits unless instructed too by a medical or dietary professional. I also looked and didn’t really see a whole lot for the depression alterations only microbial changes which 30% of only a single microbial is not significant long term

Ugh seriously I liked Liz at first but my god she went totally off her rocker.
First: that amount of money is old, she spends $800-$1000 A WEEK NOW on JUST Amish dairy products. Girly is getting ripped off. I buy almost 100% of our groceries from the Amish market up the street (I live near the PA line so it’s the good stuff) and I don’t spend that in 3 months to feed 2 people. Also, just a year or so ago she was crying online about how little money she made now she’s acting like this is normal.
    Second:
I just commented this but ALL her eating content is her ED repackaged and like people with EDs always do, they think their new diet or the lack of a diet is what will change their life and make it perfect, just like bulimics thinking getting rid of their food will solve their over eating issues. It’s all just her very obviously still ill mentality coming out and you can see it SO clearly when she starts attacking her commenters and other RUclipsrs reacting to her content saying that they’re wrong and they’re the ones who are sick, it’s very much feeling like the elementary school “I know you are but what am I” comeback.

As someone from the country who grew up on raw milk (cause thats what we had) I will say it is true that there's less chance of contamination if the milk is taken from farmers who treat their cows better (such as cleaning their udders and vet cheakups). Now with that said, people like me are less likely to get sick from raw milk because we've been exposed to it for so long where as someone from the city thats never had raw milk in their life till they're an adult and seen these tiktoks are more likely to get sick even from clean farms.

Hi, Layze, I want to say something about this issue. I am a student of a veterinary university in Russia and we have cows giving milk on our territory. Cows are all guaranteed to be healthy, and still everyone pasteurize milk. It is better not to risk drinking "raw" milk in any case. It's not necessarily a bad thing, maybe it is a bit more nutritious, but a risk is a risk. Please, everyone, drink pasteurized milk. You don't want to get sick with a possible fatal outcome.

Raw milk is safe as long as the cow is healthy. Some people will pasteurize the milk themselves because the calcium that's added to milk by manufacturers isn't the best, also when making cheese you get more when you use raw milk because it's being heated for the first time.
if you can get raw milk from a trusted farm, there should be no problem as long as you use the raw milk within a day or two....

@@Chichichihuahua honestly I stopped watching her a while ago bc I got fed up with her lol so I can't remember specifics but I think her reviews of other people's diets were what annoyed me. I saw clips of her reviewing Gwyneth Paltrow's diet for example and she somehow took it that GP was literally ONLY eating what she was describing in a day when she hadn't even been asked what she eats in a day and just describing what she generally eats for health purposes, and then saying it wasn't enough, etc, when GP was at a healthy weight so clearly she isn't interesting. Same with Liz too, she's been gaining weight (her goal) so clearly she IS eating enough, it's just WHAT she eats that's the issue. I unfollowed her after her Blair Walnuts video I think, where same thing, she was saying it wasn't enough, etc, when Blair was just describing general things? Idk she just says what's convenient to her and it just really rubs me the wrong way that she intentionally takes things the wrong ways for ✨ drama ✨
Like I said though, I can't remember exact specifics, those are just the recent things I remember, but I had followed her for a couple years before, but she just gave me weird vibes overall. Her actual dietary advice is mostly fine though. I feel like she's said some stuff that was disputed (I used to be in bio) but I honestly can't remember so who knows at this point lol.

People who claim to completely cure their nondescript chronic illnesses via diet are only admitting that they weren’t really that sick to begin with, in my opinion.
Also an actual depressive disorder as opposed to situational depression, will not go away with a change of diet. It’s also extremely hard to treat, even with antidepressants and often requires trying various types of medications. That’s just the reality of real depression.
Eating well only helps your body cope with the stresses that chronic illnesses and depression puts on the body, it will not cure anything. If diet alone could actually cure illnesses then we wouldn’t have ever needed to develop certain medications. Medicine has been evolving for centuries and has evolved mostly based on our needs, we would’ve already known about what foods can cure diseases if that was an actual thing.
People who claim such things are just dangerous.
