I won’t even bother painting the trim if I had that year but I have a 92 LX emerald green it’s original paint lucky me . But I did remove all my trim and clean the hell out of it and Put it back on. Most the time you can fix those bent pieces with a heat gun and pieces of wood and clamps so you can save your original color trim if that’s an option for you.
the adhesive side molding set that i purchased is beginning to peel off the body at the corners. i find this surprising considering how difficult it was to remove the originals. it has only been a few weeks? the set was installed as instructed but the adhesive just does not seem strong enough. the body was just painted and the surface was clean. now the edges look all warped, kinda like the cowl i received.
i would like to point out that not all 90 mustangs had black colored side moldings the special edition 90 lx convertible AKA the 7up edition has body colored side moldings
Coach - These moldings were factory parts from Ford. Some people have left them off, but the don't look right in my opinion. The front and rear bumpers have moldings "molded" into them. -Landan

That SEM paint is sooo good i bought a few cans of that stuff and i love the color , touch up ease and finish ..

Brake cleaner does wonders on removing that adhesive and even old window tint
i want to help keep the 5.0 alive as well. i plan on selling parts in the future after school. i look up to you guys.

It'll be the same material and install as the molding under the 5.0 badging. Just follow those same steps and you'll be good to go!

Yea i’ve seen videos where they rip it off, but there are holes in body parts. So that’s the only way to get them with no plastic mold?
