In this video we unbox, review and demo the Hailea CP60. The Hailea CP60 is an AC/DC Airpump that can run both on AC Power and DC power via its built-in battery which is perfect for blackouts or power outages. On its battery the Hailea CP60 can operate upto 8 hours providing continuous aeration for the fishes. We also have a physical comparison of the Hailea CP60 and its cousin the Resun ACD80 in the later part of this video.

There are a couple Chris Stubbings out there and I wanted people to know it was about ponds.. You have to forgive me I have never done any social media before. I wonder if you can save on electricity cost by dialing the air compressor output down
Yes you can actually save electricity by doing exactly that.
During power outage we put it at 50% air output so the battery can last longer.
Do you know the air flow out temperature?
One think I want to know if this pump can be used outdoor, what if it's raining or on an extremely hot sun?

Bro, I bought this 2 hailea cp 60 air pumps in 8 months ago. And now 2 of them are not turning on. And also when swith on, it beeps and blinking red light on operation. Motor is also not working. Two of them are in same complaint. Can you please post a video of repairing this motor or just open it and explain inside components. Because electrical shops are not taking this for repair.
Can try to plug it for 30 minutes. Do not turn it On. After being plugged for 30 minutes, now you can't turn the unit On.
Let me know if the motor is running.
They batts could be done.. Try changing the batts..
I noticed in this video that the unit is only 50 hz but here in the Philippines, the frequency is 60 hz so I was wondering if that causes any issues. What’s the latest update on the condition of your Hailea CP60? May I know if you’re experiencing any issues with it?

Natthawut Koratch Hello bro, so far I still have not laid my hands on a Hailea CP120. But I can assure you performance will be very similar with the Resun ACD130.
It all boils down to which unit has a longer lasting battery that can more than a year in service life. Right now I cannot comment because I have only long-term tested Resun ACD130. I have no experience using the Hailea CP120.

It is a little heavy, its the battery inside this equipment that is the reason for the weight.

Ang gamit ko may inner diamter na 50mm chemical hose. If mahigpit siya, babad mo sa boiling hot water yung hose para lumambot during insertion sa air outlet.

How long in can operate without electric
Heya Felix, if you run it at a lower air output like 60% output only, it can run 8 hours on battery.
Much longer time if the pond is 3 or 2 feet deep only.

Resun ACD80 yung same range netong Hailea CP60. I'd recommend this Hailea. Performance halos same sila eh. Pero yung Hailea tahimik. Kaya winner siya dun.

I prefer Hailea only because it is more silent. Power output is roughly the same between Resun ACD80 and this Hailea CP60.

Just wanna ask how many tanks can this kind of air pump?
Welcome aboard broh. My estimate ok, if your fish tanks are just 2 feet deep then it can handle 6 tanks with each tank having 2 airstones each. If you opt to use only 1 airstone per tank then it can handle 12 tanks.
How deep the fish tank is really matters.

Sir which is more stronger the hailea or resun acd?
Very minimal difference in air output power between the two. Very hard to tell by visual comparison. But Hailea is more silent. And in that aspect Hailea really shines.

How do you turn it off?
Turn the knob counter clockwise until you hear a clicking sound. It turns off the pump motor but it will continue its trickle charge to maintain good battery health.

Hello John, how's deep is your 9,000+ liter pond? If it's 4 feet or below then this is perfect for you.
@@thekoipondexperience1259 hi sir. I think its 4ft 9-10in deep. Coz top to bottom/floor is clean 5ft.
@@foodieloaded I see that's almost 5 feet. The Hailea CP60 can handle that deep water but the Hailea CP60 will not have an easy time.
Personally I would not recommend it John.

@@foodieloaded in terms of air output both the Resun and Hailea are almost the same in performance. The main difference is the brand with the better stock battery included in their units. Hailea wins this feature and it's why I would recommend the Hailea.
The Resun ACD series seems to have an early battery failure, earlier than expected. While Hailea CP series have better battery longevity.
Is this air stone sir? What kind of air stone is this sir?
That's an oxyring. During 2019 it's commonly sold at Facebook but now it's put of stock.

Tama ka nagbabago talaga battery performance. If sa one year maayos pa performance ng battery, sulit na. Open mo lang para maka ready ng replacement. Yung size ng battery yung number one reference.
