This bag isn't leather. It's "Goyardine", which is a coated canvas with leather trim. That's why it bends so much.

Hi! Did you notice if the zipper opens and closes more smoothly over use? I’ve a Goyard wallet and the zipper’s pretty stiff.

Yes it was stiff in the beginning but gets smoother over time!
