It's been almost 9 months since my last RUclips video and I'm so happy to be back. Thanks for being so extremely patient and still supporting me on social media throughout this time.
In this video, I share a summary of my life the past 9 months; from giving birth to our second son, creating online courses, writing another book (eek!), starting a podcast with Daniel, and the biggest lesson I've learned during this time away from RUclips.

Hi Rolene, lovely video. I loved your words:"I'm back". I've learnt a lot during lockdown here in Spain. It came from my indoor tree plant. I have had this tree plant for 13 years and obviously it has grown up to the ceiling. But I have never given it plant vitamins.Just ordinary water and its usual light. Then during lockdown I noticed two green shoots rising from the old soil. This was obviously a sign from Jesus Christ that new life, new opportunities are on my way. And on looking at these two green shoots growing so beautifully, I missed seeing yet another shoot from a different part of the plant. I had to wait over 12 years for this lockdown to occur, for three signs from God that it's not the end, but the beginning. I have been analysing where I'm going now in life, what to leave behind, what still remains on my bucket list. I've also had to reinvent myself and there have been hidden blessings there. I am going for total knee replacement surgery on Monday 16 November. I hope to be able to say your bubbly words soon "I'm back". You are an inspiration for all of us. In the past 9 months my mental health took a toll for the worst. I decided to see someone about it and realised that I am important and my goals are important. If you can't love and take care of yourself then you can't love and take care of others. I'm slowly feeling a bit better. I still miss my old routine that I had, but I know I'll find a new one that works even better.

So, I've learned during the pandemic is that I always postponed all my dreams even though I had a chance. During the pandemic, I did understand the value of my time. Learned that nobody knows is there tomorrow or not. Always do the thing that u love when u have a chance n time 😉
Since the lockdown forced everyone and everything to slow down, I have learned the difference between busy and productive. I did the rediscover your self confidence course, and revised it once already. I have worked on my fitness goals during this time as well.

Having a baby during the lockdown period really helped me. It forces you to see the good in this crazy year and it gave me something to focus on when work and life came to a halt.

Hi Rolene, could you maybe do a video on fear? For example I have a fear of doctors especially dentists but I get really bad anxiety when having to go to any doctor. Then I also fear heights and spiders. How does one get over this? Why and where does it start? Thank You I'm so happy you're back :-) xoxo
