All in all it was the prettiest most romantic holiday we've had together and I can't believe same sex marriage was legalised whilst we were out there! ❤️

honestly the fact that same sex marriage was legalised while you were out there is just SUCH A COINCIDENCE I bet they saw you guys and thought "wow guys they're the best couple ever same sex marriage is legalised!!!"
It hasn’t been legalized yet, unfortunately. We received an order from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights that LGTBI people should have ALL the rights that are included in our legislation, including marriage. So yeah, it hasn’t been legalized but it is a HUGE step and probably same sex marriage is going to be legalized soon because of this, so it’s pretty exciting! And all happened while they were here, so not a coincidence at all 😂
Plus the elections fucked up everything

Yeah but in general Central America is considered a part of North America, so when it comes to continents Costa Rica is in North America

What a sad world this has come to that homosexuality comes "out of the closet" rather than "clean the closet"! God forgive this once great nation (and others) for sliding down the pathway of Sodom and Gomorrah! This life is a vapor, and eternity never ends. Our society loves to condone sin, and mock anyone sharing the truth of God's Word. But "society" (or those on here that are applauding you) will not be standing next to you on judgement day when you stand before God alone. We will all have to give an account for our lives. When I went to Costa Rica last summer, I went for a research and charity trip so we were moving around a lot and staying in cheap accommodation but this was so nice to watch because it was like seeing the touristy bits that I didn’t get to see as well as reminding me of the areas I did go to as well.
