    I have changed the shock absorbers on my seat leon st 2019,the originals looked the same as this,from sachs.On top of the new shocks ,on the piston there was not a steel ring to prevent that it goes through the aluminium mount,so i re used the old one,hope that i won't get in trouble.

      Customer bought the parts but fir labour I would say £40 a side

      Just do them in tight that's all for these I never torque them up.

    Did the shock had a bump stop installed also?I didn't see one

    Do the springs normally get replaced too?

    Not professional! You don’t have removal tool for shock and tightening bolts with a high torque air gun…

      Thanks for watching anyway really appreciate it. I have been doing it like that for past 25 years its been ok so far. But yes having the right tool will make your life easier
