A lot of people don’t realize that Ukraine had 1/3 of the total intercontinental missiles for Russia! They’re bombers we’re also intercontinental bombers that could go anywhere. If I recall correctly they were the third largest nuclear power in the world! And they gave it all back to Russia.
And they sure as heck regret it now... too bad they didn't keep it. Even if the command and control was in Russia, the equipment was present and I'm sure they could've reprogrammed everything or atleast used the warheads to make new missiles. Too bad they gave into Russia only to get duped out of the deal 30 years later
