We had a lovely Easter Holiday dinner with family this year. How was everyone's Easter? What were your favourite treats or eats?! I think that the mini-eggs in this recipe turned out looking a little 'Jurassic Park-ish' but it was soooo yummy! 🦎🥚🤣
Figuring out ways to refresh food is also what I do time to time. You never know what you can create. Wonderful way on using all that leftover Food and candy. If you have extra cream you can whip up some and serve it with your bread pudding.
It's so satisfying to find a more enjoyable way to use less interesting ingredients! I was pretty happy with the quick bread pudding and it was better than the hot cross buns! I could have shipped up some cream, for sure! Great idea :D
Right?! You know it! He's at work and I made it, filmed it and uploaded today so I quickly got texts about it from him LOL He works late but he's excited to try it when he gets home!
Looks yummy. Hubby loves bread pudding but doesn’t really like hot cross bun so may have to try with croissants. I cooked a ham for Easter and was so stressed as I never cook ham and followed instructions that came with the ham but it took way way longer that I thought so dinner was quite late. It was fine in the end but my mom doesn’t like driving in the dark so she ate quickly and I packed up dessert for her and out the door she went. Now I know to cook the ham at a higher temp and for more time! Happy Anniversary!
I think that the bread pudding definitely saved the buns that we had that were pretty rough so you might be able to make it work for your hubby! Ham does take quite a bit to finish. I think I started mine at 2:00-ish! Thank you for the congrats! Our Anniversary was very nice too! :D
Made it! Hello, we’re back in the hood! Oh dear many bags of food came out of the rv…might have bought too many “interesting grocery items” to buy…. Made US Costco ribs for Easter.
@@JessicaWanders it took us about six weeks to go thru Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington. We motored after Alabama because we’ve spent quite a bit of time those states before. 33,000 km to circumvent Canada and the US.

That's amazing Bev! I can't wait until Mr. Wanders is retired and we can go on longer vacation/adventures! What a journey 33,000km!
