I have used all purpose flour with 10% protein. To make bread,we can use either bread flour or plain flour with protein 10% or more 👍

Can I use something else instead of egg wash because I don't like eggs wash thanks.
Yes you can use “milk wash” instead. It will give a golden brown color but not that shine.
