Hey guys. So good to see you both! The Kryptonian fight scene in Metropolis was one of my favorite parts. This is by far one of the best shows in years. Season Finale next week im ready for and not ready for all at the same time lol. So i love Christopher Reeves, Brandon Routh and of course Henry Cavill, however Tyler Hoechlin for me has now earned that spot of one of the best Superman. (I still love Tom Welling however he only played superman for like 5mins/kind of lol) Can't wait for the Finale!! Good work guys as always, I miss seeing and talking with you both. Hit me up sometime :)
I think the reason this show is so good is because there is no villain of the week or unnecessary side stories, all side stories on this show link to the main story and feel important and by focusing solely on Morgan Edge it made the show so much better
Plss watch stargirl too its a good show plus villains of the week are there to showcase the heroes rouges gallery and superman and lois does have side stories

The show had such a great beginning, I mean the first 2 seasons were amazing IMO but ever since the show has just slowly gotten worse and worse. It’s had its great moments like the flash time episode but season 4 but most of it just hasn’t been good at all. Seems like the budget has gotta lower, the writing is borderline awful most of the time it just bums me out man
It's funny, when the guy asked Lois Lane "Is that Morgan Edge?" He asked it like I would have, living in a world without super heroes. Imagine if you stepped out of a building, and someone pointed skyward, and asked "Is that Jeff Bezos?" So, yeah I get it, it's funny how much our worlds are alike, just we only have super villains.
As usual another good episode of Superman & Lois and you can tell how far Tal-Rho has gone. He is now the Eradicator all the way. He is the Kryptonian Codex where all the souls of Krypton live within him and by will can turn any human to a kryptonian by transferring a soul by will. The third act really was the best and just seeing stakes was with all the characters was just crazy. I was amazed with them pushing the limits raising the danger.
Jordan has really come out of his shell going to parties and being as social is he is especially having anxiety and being introverted I know it can be hard cause I also suffer with these issues
Unlike in the Flash when Barry says "He/She's gone. I can't find them" I actually believe it when Clark said he couldn't find Edge. He literally scoured through the world to find them and Barry's dumbass is here like "oh well, they went around the corner now I can't find them" 😂😂
By the way, I watch a lot of reaction videos to this show, but your reaction to Superman and Lois is the one I look forward to the most. You two are the kind of guys that would be fun to watch a movie or show together. This show rocks, and you guys rock as well.
Great reaction :D Such a good episode. Not even going to try guess how they can defeat the Eradicator, just seems too powerful. Also having him silent and just mission focused makes him more terrifying because you can't reason with that. Scene where Superman flew back to Lois and said he couldn't find Jordan was just heart breaking, both really sold the hopelessness of their child being taken and not knowing what to do. Really looking forward to next week but don't want this show to end.
The best thing about this show is that the action is not just there. The action serves the story, it helps raise the stakes and move the plot forward. Unlike Man Of Steel, this show actually understands that people are not in for the action but for the characters. You were terrified by Lois possibly dying because you like Lois, not because she's Superman's damsel. You're terrified of something happening to Jordan because he grew up and you know how Clark feels because you know he loves his family. I never cared about Superman in the DCEU going evil because I never cared about Lois. They never felt real. Superman and Lois is masterfully doing what the DCEU failed to do (And to think Josstice League tried to humanize Superman, what a shame). Who would guess that the secret of making Superman relatable was always making a story about Clark Kent and not Kal-El. Best Superman since the DCAU. Period.
well anyone would say that since Man of Steel is a 2 and half hr movie, Superman and Lois is a whole series with 15 one hr episodes so of course its gonna have tons of character development. A film has to maintain a balance between characters and action, Man of Steel's first and second acts are completely character-driven, its the third act thats action focused so I wouldn't dismiss MoS having only action. Obviously S&L has better development but DCEU Supes is also pretty good and relatable, its the film that made many people become Superman fans.

It was sad to see Lois break down like that after Clark said Edge took Jordan. Especially the settle hint that it would happen after the mother earlier told her "you have no idea what its like to lose a child"
Another great episode! I was laughing at Greg's distrust of that girl - fully deserved, I really don't like her at all, but there's probably some setup for Season 2 over who her dad is. I really hope we get to see Jonathan discovering some powers, or even a hint of it, soon. I really want to see that.

I think it would be really interesting if he turns out to be something unexpected... something that scares Clark, and attracts attention from the Kryptonians, ie a more perfect hybrid. One with none of the Kryptonian weaknesses, and unique powers that not even Superman has, like telekinesis or something. Make him an enigma and give the family a reason to need to protect him. It just opens out the story. Jon started out as the best character but he's just floating around with nothing to do but react to things now.
Can we talk about how Jonathan is on his way to become a red and blue Deadshot? Or maybe John Henry Iron's protege? He is now just always ready to throw down despite being powerless.
Remember. Edge told him he was going to go after his kids in the dream state. I wouldn't hurt a baby. Teenagers though.....or something along those lines.
Watching John grab the hammer and toss it to save Lois was so freaking cool. I thought for sure Lois was going to die there. Also the visuals for a network TV show was impressive
Morgan edge took jordan to that nuclear plant so that kal el can't hear him or find him.. That's why I think that Superman was not able to find him... 👍😁
the stakes on this show are so high and done so well. You can actually FEEL the tension and desperation. It would be wild if they actually killed off Jordan in the finale. They probably won't but the fact that it feels like that is an actual possibility is so stressful 😭
Can we talk about how this is the first truly Terrifying villain in the CW since perhaps the first season of the Flash. I am and was legitimately scared for Jordan. and then you empathize with Clark's desperation.
I thought Zoom, Savitar, Bloodwork, Prometheus, Icicle, Brainwave (and maybe Sportsmaster because of his physicality) were pretty terrifying. Tal-Rho is pretty good though.

I've watched so many Arrowverse shows at this point that they always leave off on a dumbass cliffhanger like the car scene. One thing about Superman and Lois is that every time there is a scene like that, there is another 5-10 minutes to follow it up. Each episode has an arc in of itself and I really appreciate that as a viewer.
This show totally was NOT what I was expecting, and I really don't know what I was expecting, but with the addition of the teenagers I was worried about immaturity. As soon as that damn theme song came on in episode 1, fuckkkk I was immediately enthralled. Easily quickly one of my fave fave shows on right now!
Something that's interesting, Jon is half kryptonian so you'd think the kryptonite gun would affect him still. He showed in the first episode that he has powers on some level so I'm curious where they take him character
He's been shown to handle Kryptonite before and wasn't affected by it. Jordan was infected by Kryptonite through Clark after the latter had been shot with Kryptonite bio-gas and Jonathan was still an affected. Red solar also didn't affect him while his brother collapsed right beside him when they rammed JHI with the truck. Jon's body is still wholly human, for the still being.
Guys, obviously this series is being underrated, at least for superman fans, it is the best series made of him so far. because it is faithful to the comic, but also because it raises common themes, family and social problems. it's excellent. but I am satisfied that they have delivered 14 such good episodes! I already want to see the end!
I'm guessing Kyle is gonna move to bristol just so they have some income, while the rest of his family stays in Smallville. A 2 hour commute is not that far so he could still be in some episodes but not every episode
Once this show hits HBO Max for season 2 it's all over and I mean to say alot more people will talk about the show. I think because it's on the CW for now not many are doing so. Also I bet the ratings would have stayed about 1 million if CW marketed the series right when it was returning after a two month break when it returned in May

Superman needs to be careful searching the globe for his loved ones. He could fly fast enough with (CW) emotions. He could start flying too fast causing sonic booms exploding glass and IKEA furniture, or so fast the wake is blasting buildings to the sided in-front of him, while pulling a giant vacuum behind him sucking buildings down behind him.
Ironically earlier in the episode I was thinking "I wonder if eventually one of the brothers will turn evil?". Guess so. Well even though technically he's not himself right now.

Ironically earlier in the episode I was thinking "I wonder if eventually one of the brothers will turn evil?". Guess so. Well even though technically he's not himself right now.

the girl is tegan Wickham. after some quick research there is a seth wickham but he is an arkham inmate and there was a brody wickham on olivers list that we never met but i am guessing they are using the mother's' surname so her father could be anyone, well not grodd or king shark or several other impossibilities come to think of it but you know what i mean. the list is still long.
