  • Here are 5 RAW VEGAN MEALS I Eat EVERY SINGLE WEEK! These are all my current absolute FAVS!!!!! They are all SO EASY to make and so delicious!!! Plus they all take no time at all. I hope you guys try all of these or are inspired to at least try a few as they are all so good! They make me feel amazing and keep me on track as a 5 year raw vegan! Even if you don't want to be fully raw vegan - adding in raw meals here and there can do wonders for your health and vitality!

    Thank you for this fun video, I'm getting so tired of eating cooked food... we are starting a farm and I can't wait to have fresh food in East Africa to go raw on. This helps me to low pressure just get into without it being complicated. Already whole food plant based no oil no gluten for years - just love it when we have light foods and raw food makes me just want to go 90-100%

    I had a fruitarian "cheat meal" of cucumber noodles and a sauce made from just red bell peppers and organic sundried tomatoes. SO good.

    I love how simple and aesthetically pleasing these meals are. Also, these dressings are incredible! Looking forward to making at least one of them before the end of this week. Finally, I love how you and your daughter introduced the video together. She seemed so excited to do so. It would be cool if she could introduce the ingredients of one of your raw meals or prepare a juice or smoothie completely on her own. It appears that she is well aware of your recipes and would be excited to share.

    I have the same salt and I read that the iodine they add to salt evaporates since its natural state is a gas, so I now use kelp flakes or iodine drops in our food, depending on the recipe because the kelp is mildly fishy.

    Hi! Great vdo! I think I asked you before if you put anything in your coconut water and you said no. Please be careful it should not be brown. Think "water" - young ones should be clear and cloudy as they get older.

    Yum! Love raw greens for a wrap. I also love eating raw Turmeric root and Ginger. Slice them both right up and eat them! Love all spices. Don't miss a day without Cayenne and I can buy raw unpeeled garlic at Whole Foods! Careful with the raw garlic, burns some times!

    I absolutely love how you include those that aren’t interested in being raw. Great video Gillian!
    I just got my Nama J2 and I’m on my 6 day of my juice fast. I find it’s been super easy. However TMI warning my BM is a bit sparse and today I feel constipated. Btw I discovered dehydrating my zoodles for 30 minutes makes them more traditional pasta like.

    I love collards. For that big thick stalk, you can use a knife and slide along it so it's not so thick and you can wrap it up easier. I feel like that was a bad explanation. Tell me if you have no idea what I just said lol =)

      hey ! i have it now and then yes ! I like it ,) I like a clean sea salt from greece that's iodized to get a bit of iodine in my diet as I think that's important!
      some days I do go without salt too ,)) don't have a super strong opinion either way iust think everyone has to do what makes them happy and feel good ,)

      @@GillianBerry four morning juices!!! wow! That would be a full day's juice-only feast for me. That's a lot of buzz. Currently, i am loving coconut water with nettles powder, it feels like a full meal. Nettles are my "supplement". Then I will have oatmilk matcha latte as a big treat. and one evening meal. Often zucchini noodles based. Or arugula salad-inspired. i have only wanted to eat living foods for the past two months. No craving at all for anything cooked. (the latte apart) And I think i can credit dry fasting this past year with doing something miraculous to my inner thermostat; I don't get cold extremities like I used to in winter. I was totally amazed that it was easier than first days of water fasting.

      wow no way!!!!! congrats!!!!! I wasn't on youtube then and dont have any on my pregnancy specifically.......it was so long ago and in my early raw days....I did make major mistakes being a naive early raw vegan in that I wasn't checking my blood work or supplementing...

      the juices are 32oz....usually i start the day with one of those of coconut water and then drink juices till I have one large meal around 2.....so it usually ends up being about 4 juices or so

      smoothies are good too! a lot of people use the juice pulp to make dehyrated crackers! a few years ago I found a juicer cheap on craigslist or kijiji! and at a garage sale once dirt cheap:) there are places to find juicers super cheap as some people buy them then don't use them

    I'm trying to eat raw and ease into that lifestyle. I've had IBSD for nearly 30 years. Why am I constipated now when I'm eating more fiber than ever?

      hey - how long has it been? usually when someone switches to a different lifetsyle or to a cleanse it can cause you to be backed up for a week or two? or for a bit till your microbiome changes.....also depends how you are eating? are you fully raw and for how long?

    I think you put lime or lemon in there? It doesn’t really show but you put some kind of fruit juice in but it doesn’t show in the video. It’s like it got cut off.

      1 Bunch cilantro
      Some sesame seeds
      Water
      But it looked like there might be some lime you sneaked in there too?

      It fixed all my health problems and my motivation for staying on raw is becuase it makes me feel so good and gives me the most energy...for me personally - nothing else compares

    How do you keep up with Raw Foods, when the food sources have been so depleted of its nutrients regardless if it non gmo organically grown? Why does Americans that consume this way, feel that their way is better? The Japanese eat rice fish and plant based and out live Americans. The Japanese are the 2nd longest living and they consume cooked food. No right or wrong, just observing the beliefs and patterns that surround the consumption of food of the Americans.
