- Tonight we are at one of the most haunted cemeteries In the USA, This is Dartford Cemetery In Greenlake, Wisconsin. A location I’ve know about since I was a kid, and it’s personally one of my favorite spots. Join me as I give some important history about this location, then I head to the cemetery at night to get answers for myself, and what I caught definitely did not disappoint! I made two videos of this location, back in 2021. I will put the link for the original video I shot down below. However the second video I shot was at the end of 2021, and I ended up posting the video for that early in 2022, however a few months after I posted It, It was taken down for viewing in the USA because of some stock footage I used throughout the video that was flagged for copyright. I didn’t even realize It was taken down for like an entire year, then I noticed and kept telling myself I was going to Re-edit the video, so here we are. I was able to shoot almost an entire investigation at night the second time I went, which is basically impossible to do, because there is now cameras on the trees watching 24/7. Anyway I hope you all enjoy this video, I again apologize for the long production times, I always want to perfect each and every video but I promise soon, I will be on a steady schedule of uploading full-length content! As a Wisconsinite myself this caught me off guard. I had never heard of this place before. If I would have known about it when I was growing up my friends and I definitely would have gone to check it out. I'm almost 40 now so I'll probably just keep my experience of it to learning from afar, lol. But I love what you do on this channel and am now a new subscriber. Keep it up. You do great work.

So I believe that his spirit would’ve definitely be more present near the green lake he was known to always sit on a large sun-baked rock near the shore of green lake the actual stone with his face in it isn’t his last resting place it’s actually about a half of foot to the right of it if your facing the grave stone there’s a rock that the locals raised enough money to take a boulder from the shore of green lake and it’s etched on that boulder “Highknocker, A Winnebago Chief Drowned August 12,1911 he was the son of Big Shoulder a chief who was said to have lived to the ripe old age of 106 another cool fact is that “Highknocker” wasn’t his real name it was a name giving to him by the local white residents that lived by the lake for the stovepipe hat he always wore and he also wasn’t drunk or dared to swim across the lake he had returned from the town of Berlin but there was no canoe to get him across the fox River so he elected to swim across and he unfortunately drowned and then that’s were he was buried but his son wanted him close to lake that he loved so much which was green lake he was also born on the east shore of green lake so he spent his whole life in and around that area until his unfortunate demise God Rest His Soul!!!

folks were actually wrecking the grave sites as they have in other areas. if i remember correctly they were even chipping pieces off of the mausoleum as souvenirs.
