That’s me Heather and YES some of my information was incorrect in the beginning I WAS SO SO nervous first time on video! But the house was built in the late 1890’s and Jerome and his wife built the house and in the 20’s Daisy and Clarence bought the house and Clarence died in the house 1940’s then Daisy in the 60’s
There is a WWII soldier who hangs out in the parlor. After he passed he attended his own wake at the house and has not left since. He is the spirit who likes to sit in the blue wingback chair. He grew up in the area and sees the house as peaceful. We both know the house is filled with ghosts and has a lot of activity so I asked him, "Seriously?" He chuckled at that, and then told me the other spirits don't bother him. He is an attractive brunette who has the capability of appearing scary and intimidating when it is necessary. That usually keeps the others away from his space in the parlor. He told me "I have a lot to atone for." I pointed out that the war was a long time ago. He grew wistful and answered, "To me it feels like it was only yesterday." It seems his guilt and his fear of the unknown in the afterlife is what keeps him tethered to the place. He thinks the way Heather treats the spirits and how she speaks to them is admirable.
She never said the house was evil.. You put that negative connotation on it, not the owner. She said she didn't feel there was anything bad there. You put that in the title to draw people to your video.. Maybe in time you will be better but you sound very inexperienced
So cool to see this. Growing up in Fremont, I've passed this house for year never knowing the story behind it. I lived for a brief period at the Grove Manor across the street, which was very paranormally active as well. Thanks for the video!
I grew up in Fremont too and right down the street from Bihl. I remember the kids living there. I would ride my bike past it on my way to Spiegel Grove.
I grew up a couple houses down across the street on Hayes Ave. We always thought our house was haunted, 4th grade school teacher of my sisters who grew up in the house told us her story. A lot of houses around there are haunted. So many stories
You should’ve definitely had a recorder on the whole time she was giving you guys a tour you never know what you could’ve caught but great episode awesome location super dope history amazing video!!!
The active scrying room is where the second older woman with a bun spends her time. She has a caring, nurturing personality, which makes her the perfect person to work with children. The entire house is swarming with child spirits. They see this place as one big playhouse and like to goof off and run around at all hours. The scrying room is a bedroom where a large group of children would sleep. The room was filled with beds (as many as they could fit in the space). When the children were supposed to be sleeping sometimes they would lay awake and be playful with each other by poking and pulling at each other's feet or tickling each other.

Jerome Bihl and his wife did host wakes in the house. Because people didn't preserve bodies back then like we do now over time Jerome began to recognize the smell of dead bodies. There were several cases where people who were laid out for their wake were not actually dead. He remarked on the lack of smell and he assisted with checking on the person. Doctors for whatever reason misjudged their deaths and the people were woken up in their coffins at their wake. Pretty much all of them would pass away shortly after the close call, but they were definitely dead the second time around. Jerome beamed with pride as he told me they never buried anyone alive because of his observations. They also hosted seances across the way in the parlor because they were popular in the area at that time. Sometimes they would host seances after a wake while someone's remains were still in the room next door.
I often think about that, how many do wake up in their coffin's,.it's very scary..Long ago they always used folks home for the wakes..never had funeral parlor's in rural areas anyway..I don't want to be pumped and bombed either..awful chemical's..And like the lady said,.kids, and pet's can see things we don't.
I'm really confused as to the layout of the house and what each room was used for. The tour was kind of a whirlwind and I'd love if everyone slowed down. Your house is stunning. I love that you have the history to go along with it. I know you're nervous and I would have been too (and probably would've made worst mistakes), but the truth is we're not judging you by any means. We just want to know what you know. Btw, I'm deeply sorry about your son. My own son is mentally disabled (60 IQ) and autistic. Big hug for you.
Ì have never heard of this house and I've live about 10 minutes away from Fremont my whole life!! This story is creepy!! Thanks for doing this! You guys are brave.

Why did she say “I decided I couldn’t live here!” But then later on she’s like “I would love to live here!” Would definitely need restoration but it’s beautiful and she knows so much about it. The ghosts probably hope she doesn’t leave because she’s become a familiar soul to them who seems to understand where they are coming from 😢
This house reminds me of the south street house in Jackson Ohio. It was used as a group home for the mentally challenged and I worked there for almost 6 years. There is a lot of activity that goes on there. I worked third shift and that's when things would happen. It is also featured in the book series called Ohio's haunted places , the chapter is called Annie.
Heather, the owner, is embraced and accepted by the spirits because she greets them when she comes to visit. They say they like it because she is kind and makes them feel seen and welcome, and she isn't focused on kicking all of them out of the house like some owners would. If she was interested in purging the house of every ghost and cleansing the place I was shown it would take a trained psychic four sessions to complete. I would also like to confirm that all of the room assignments that Heather provided are accurate.

While Daisy and Clarence lived in the house they continued the tradition of hosting wakes. Clarence understood the importance of taking care of the dead, but did not like it. He usually stayed out of the way upstairs until the coffin was removed from the parlor. He recognized a heaviness in the room while he lived there.

@@heatherwyatt1973Right!! Thank you for sharing that and clearing things up for me. I think what tripped me up is at first look Clarence has a youthful, carefree energy while Daisy reads as a more mature, responsible woman. Based on the energy it feels like there is a significant age difference between the two of them. That was not an accurate assessment though, it just represents the maturity of their personalities. I learned a new skill and how to look at things from a different perspective. Thanks

New subscriber here from Texas. Love these kind of haunting videos. I've always been fascinated by the paranormal. I can't wait to watch more of your videos in the future. Great video. Very interesting.
Old Lady Room 30:07 "You're not welcome." 30:22 "Get out." 30:27 "Go" 30:53 "No" She refused to manipulate the light. "I don't do parlor tricks," she said. 31:35 When you asked about the number of deaths a male voice answered, "a lot." 31:54 When you asked about their age the older mean lady answered, "old." A smaller blond boy dashed into the room and said, "11." 32:20 The group answered, "no."
While I thought about Clarence's accident he came through and talked about how much he loved his car. He made quite an impression and I made a comment about him living like quite a pampered prince. He replied, "Absolutely. Yes. And I didn't hate it." He has a ready smile and laughed at his own little joke. His laughter is infectious like both of his parents. His father doted on him and spoiled him with generous gifts and money. Clarence acknowledged he was a brat, and even though he didn't cause the crash, he felt like karma had finally caught up with him. Clarence is the man who stands in the window of the small bedroom. He was placed there after the crash because everyone suspected he would die from his injuries. But he didn't die and he would grow bored of laying in bed all the time. Clarence would look out of the window in order to take in the scenery and watch everyone go about their daily lives. It made him feel less depressed and restless. When he was stronger and out of the woods he was moved to the second bedroom with the large windows. He claims he is the apparition that appeared as yellow light. He has no clue who the purple being is. The hallway outside of his second room is a heavy walk area for spirits. Clarence enjoys peace and quiet in his room and he often has to fuss at the children spirits and chase them away from the area.
Daisy's Room 41:11 A male who had his wake in the house answered 32. 41:29 A male answered, "not all," kids were hit. The handicapped kids received more beatings than anyone else. 41:59 I asked Daisy if the orb crossing the room was her spirit and she answered, "that's me!" 42:27 Daisy answered, "me." 42:34 Yes 42:39 Yes 43:06 "Most were not" 43:10 "Boys," were hit more than girls. Handicapped boys were hit the most out of all of the children. 43:22 Yes (2) 44:46 Daisy's arms were wrapped around a group of kids who were gathered around her. They stood next to the bed close to the light. As a group the kids manipulated the light and answered the questions. Daisy loves the energy in the house and thinks it's wonderful that happy children are always rushing around and playing. Her father does come to visit her there on occasion. They miss each other but he respects her wishes to stay in the house. Every so often he will pop in to visit and check on the house to make sure everything is safe.
The vocational area in the basement was designed for the handicapped children and adults. They were taught how to use tools, and learned basic carpentry, and other practical skills. Ultimately the goal was for people to get a job and move out of the house if possible. Most of the handicapped people who were able to secure employment were church cleaners, farmhands, stable boys/guys, and other similar jobs. The kids who were healthy and mentally sound were taken outside into the yard and taught the same skills.
41:49 " They came back" again (same soft spoken female throughout several questions) as the orb goes above you. This lady seems like some sort of protector and is answering questions about the house and others for you. Maybe an old servant that was with the original family for a while. Very intelligent communication here. Seems like when she said "they came back" someone else started talking and she stopped.
As a Canadian aboriginal woman… we always acknowledge the fact of spirits in any homes we may reside may exist; that being said we don’t initiate contact or play “pretend roommate” through our devices! We acknowledge them by doing a “burning”… food, clothing, blankets, tobacco or alcohol…which multiplies by thousands on the other side, thus sharing in the bounty! This calms the activity… if, after a few months the activity ramps up… another burning is required. We co-exist! Some villages are the most haunted…because of the violence, starvation, trauma suffered over a millennium…but we’ve learned to co-exist!
Great video! Also, I live in South Carolina and there are so many haunted places around the whole state. If y’all get a chance to come here, you won’t be disappointed! Charleston is very haunted, the whole trail that the “Swamp Fox” traveled is haunted, Georgetown County is very haunted, Murrells Inlet (in Georgetown) is specifically known for the Gray Man and he’s seen before hurricanes and will knock on peoples doors to warn them of storms, there’s also a grave of a lady I’ve always just known it as Alice’s grave and it’s known for if you put your hand on her grave and you have a ring on that your rings will spin. There’s a whole story about how her husband and her wedding ring specifically that I don’t remember but I’ve been there and it’s spooky. There’s so much to see in South Carolina and I didn’t even touch on the upstate or down towards Hilton Head and down lower towards the Georgia/SC border. Edit: For my birthday my husband took me on a ghost tour in downtown Charleston and I actually got 4 or 5 pictures of something totally unexplainable that nobody has ever been able to explain. My husband and I are convinced it’s a spirit trying to manifest.
I used to live in Anderson, SC. And then moved to Hartwell, GA, just off the border by the dam! I experienced someone running across the room but on top of the roof!
Exactly. The house is absolutely beautiful, however it's dark cluttered and dreary. Also the Ouija board in the kitchen, the creepy dolls, holding seances are just inviting evil spirits.
I just have watched this Channel for the first time. I like longer and more active videos, but not turning you out just yet.... Im going to watch a few more before making my mind up😊 Anyway Spirit Box says at 38:59 " I think there's one"
@@theghostfiles I love PC also. I moved here 11 years ago & have enjoyed it. I love Lake Erie. I live right across 163 so I have a great view. Very calming.
Watching. That was a nice house.Maybe need some Rescue.I mean That Ladie say the House was from 1800 'talls? Much Historie is sitting against in that wall.I m sure somebodey have died in that house. And the ground can have some fallen Soldats.I m sure, that is the reason why its so much haunting Houses and Area's around Ohio, and other plases around.
The spirit children who are spotted around the house appear close to the area where they passed away. That's why specific kids continue to show themselves in the same area.
Ohio is just one of those places. Had a friend from Newark, dude had killed 3 people on 3 separate occasions who tried breaking in. You have alot of pollution left over from rapid industrialization and then a rapid collapse of that economy. People get a little wirey when you combine economic despair, what the pollution does to you, and drugs.
The house was broken up into zones while it was in operation as a care home. Children who were ill were kept together in an area, ill adults were in another, healthy kids and orphans were kept in another, handicapped children were also grouped together. Handicapped adult men spent most of their time down in the basement room with all of the colors.
The parlor area I feel when I look at it as you’re explaining they must’ve had a funeral or awake and they’re back in the day. That’s the feeling I’m getting especially by the windows where they were lay out their loved one right by those windows. Maybe I’m crazy but that’s the feeling I get.
Her house needs some serious upgrade! It’s NOT the house that’s haunted, it’s the LAND that the house is built on! And of course the owners passed in that house, so a little of everything adds up 🥺.
Why do people always ask spirit a question and then freak out when something happens if you are gonna hunt spirits then don't act crazy when they respond thank them
Why do you people put haunted dolls and mirrors in a haunted house. I don't like mirrors and I only have 2 mirrors and no dolls. Mirrors are a porthole to the underworld
I believe if you buy a vintage house, you should respect it's history. Wherever you originally enter the home, that is where you spend the most time and money. Brlieve me!
Thank you so much!! This truly means a lot to me. I hope you also have a great month!! Thank you again for tuning in and enjoying this one!❤can’t wait for you to see the next one!

I grew up a couple of houses across the street and our house was haunted and a couple other neighbors house too, old orphanage burned down, around woods and hill across the street
The sad fact is you only have the house to let people seek the dead>>>And when you seek them out>you make them defy their #1 rule >>Not to be seen or heard>>>
She mentioned the EDI being flung from the chair. I am gonna guess she is referring to the event that happened while my team was investigating there. My EDI was flung from the chair and I sent the video to Karlo about 15 minutes after it happened. It was a great piece of evidence to catch.
I personally love the recorders. I have a few of them that I drop off in different rooms just incase the spirits decide to speak when I'm not in the room. I've caught many evp's doing that

Old Lady Room
30:07 "You're not welcome."
30:22 "Get out."
30:27 "Go"
30:53 "No" She refused to manipulate the light. "I don't do parlor tricks," she said.
31:35 When you asked about the number of deaths a male voice answered, "a lot."
31:54 When you asked about their age the older mean lady answered, "old." A smaller blond boy dashed into the room and said, "11."
32:20 The group answered, "no."
Thank you for all your information!

0:11 Who’s that woman-Girl all of way in the center?behind that wall…with the white gown…😢😢
Omgggg!!😳😳😳😫
Daisy's Room
41:11 A male who had his wake in the house answered 32.
41:29 A male answered, "not all," kids were hit. The handicapped kids received more beatings than anyone else.
41:59 I asked Daisy if the orb crossing the room was her spirit and she answered, "that's me!"
42:27 Daisy answered, "me."
42:34 Yes
42:39 Yes
43:06 "Most were not"
43:10 "Boys," were hit more than girls. Handicapped boys were hit the most out of all of the children.
43:22 Yes (2)
44:46 Daisy's arms were wrapped around a group of kids who were gathered around her.

New subscriber 👻 that is a gorgeous hoouse x
Thank you so much for subscribing! That means a lot to me. It really is beautiful though isn’t it? 👻
Good investigating. New here & I really appreciate your hard work ❤
Thank you so much, this means the most to me! Can’t wait for you to see what’s coming next!
35:57 " there aren't any" regarding your question on bad spirits (same soft spoken female)
I’ll have to look into that!!! Thank you!!
43:06 soft spoken female is back "of course not, I wouldn't hurt them" full sentence
They should make this into an Air B & B for people to stay if they wanted to or a Bed and Breakfast…
Very genuine and calm. I like your style of investigation
Thank you so much!! I’m so glad you enjoyed, brand new investigation coming Saturday night!! ❤️🙏🏻
Just came across your channel. Great investigation! 👻👻👻
Thank you so so much! This means a lot! So glad you enjoyed and can’t wait for you to see the next one! ❤🙏🏻👻
Wow! Im 45 mins from there & didn't know about this.
When you asked how many people died here I swear I heard a woman's voice say 10. I replayed it and same thing.
These are not human Spirits, ALL of these Spirits are Demons.
Exactly. The house is absolutely beautiful, however it's dark cluttered and dreary. Also the Ouija board in the kitchen, the creepy dolls, holding seances are just inviting evil spirits.
Id like to know more about the orphanage that burned down and exactly where it was located
Gotta be the infamous Monroe house in Ohio
New sub and really enjoyed this video.
Thank you so much for subbing! I’m beyond happy you enjoyed and cannot wait for you to see what I have coming next! ❤️🙏🏻👻
I just have watched this Channel for the first time. I like longer and more active videos, but not turning you out just yet.... Im going to watch a few more before making my mind up😊

The house is so beautiful I think I could reside with the ghosts if I got to live there .
Great job Heather, thank you❤I love your beautiful house❤ new sub, blessings from Germany
What a surprise when I saw your video. I live north of Fremont in Port Clinton. It's always fun seeing a video close to where I live.
That’s awesome!! Port Clinton is a great area, been there quite a few times. Thanks for tuning in!!👻🙏🏻
@@theghostfiles I love PC also. I moved here 11 years ago & have enjoyed it. I love Lake Erie. I live right across 163 so I have a great view. Very calming.
This is gonna sound so random but you speak and sound like MunchingOrange who is one of my favorite Pokémon RUclipsrs. 😂
Interesting haha! 😆
If you turn off FM, and use AM frequency you won’t pick up as much radio signal.
Hi Guys om new to this site, I'm very excited to see what your working with
..😅
Thank you for joining, glad you could be here. Can’t wait for you to see what’s coming next! ❤
I used to have a Speak and Spell there is one in E.T too!!!!
The spirit children who are spotted around the house appear close to the area where they passed away. That's why specific kids continue to show themselves in the same area.
Awesome video. 🇨🇦
Thank you!! I’m so glad you enjoyed 👻👍🏻
I had no idea about this house! I live about 15 minutes from Fremont. Love your channel!! Great job 👏
What gets me they have all these activities but no one gets it on film !!! Or documented.
Holly looks like a younger, prettier, not-crazy version of Annie Wilkes. ;D
Incredibly good work
Thank you so much Randi! That means a ton!
The house was broken up into zones while it was in operation as a care home. Children who were ill were kept together in an area, ill adults were in another, healthy kids and orphans were kept in another, handicapped children were also grouped together. Handicapped adult men spent most of their time down in the basement room with all of the colors.
I am an Ohioan and I live in a small town just 14 miles from Fremont our whole state is very haunted
Great video !!! 💪💪💪
Thank you Tyler!! Glad you enjoyed this one! Can’t wait to see you at the next!👻🙏🏻
@theghostfiles I can't wait eather !
@theghostfiles I can't wait eather !
Merry meet 🖤
Great show guys!!!👍👌👏👏👏
Thank you!!!! ❤
The parlor area I feel when I look at it as you’re explaining they must’ve had a funeral or awake and they’re back in the day. That’s the feeling I’m getting especially by the windows where they were lay out their loved one right by those windows. Maybe I’m crazy but that’s the feeling I get.
What an incredible old home. Wow.
I felt the same way none of the spirits in the house I grew up in were aggressive but they did want you to know they were there.
Her house needs some serious upgrade! It’s NOT the house that’s haunted, it’s the LAND that the house is built on! And of course the owners passed in that house, so a little of everything adds up 🥺.
35:33 definite "yes" ( female soft spoken)
New subscriber. Buckeye here. I love this beautiful old home. I'd live there. 💚Have you been to the Bellaire house with Kristen Lee?
Thank you so much!! I’m so glad you enjoyed! I have heard about it but haven’t made it there yet… who knows maybe I’ll be heading there soon🤫👻🙏🏻❤️
Was born in Fremont, live in Sandusky, definitely gonna check this place out
Why do people always ask spirit a question and then freak out when something happens if you are gonna hunt spirits then don't act crazy when they respond thank them
Because after not getting anything for 30 minutes + then when you actually do hear something it kind startles you, and makes you excited.
@32:18 😂 That's DEFINITELY a "NO"!!
Brlieve me!
Hey Austin always pleased to see what you bring.
Have a great month. 🤍
Thank you so much!! This truly means a lot to me. I hope you also have a great month!! Thank you again for tuning in and enjoying this one!❤can’t wait for you to see the next one!
We would come home from vacation and our faucet would be running in the bathroom on full blast.
I live in Ohio ❤ I don't know if would visit this house or not. I live about 2 hours from Freemont Ohio.
Just found your channel 😊New subscriber
Thank you so much!
@@theghostfiles You're very welcome😊
This place needs to be renovated real bad
do you still own this home? I would like to spend a weekend in it…. I would be willing to have you padlock me inside for an entire weekend…. I do not believe in ghost…. So I would like to try and debunk your claim…..?????
I grew up a couple of houses across the street and our house was haunted and a couple other neighbors house too, old orphanage burned down, around woods and hill across the street
The sad fact is you only have the house to let people seek the dead>>>And when you seek them out>you make them defy their #1 rule >>Not to be seen or heard>>>
I have sub.s. Just found this chanell,today.24,August. from Norway
She mentioned the EDI being flung from the chair. I am gonna guess she is referring to the event that happened while my team was investigating there. My EDI was flung from the chair and I sent the video to Karlo about 15 minutes after it happened. It was a great piece of evidence to catch.
Famous actor & director, Orson Wells. It is a male's 1st name from what I know. I just started watching you guy's. 😊
I personally love the recorders. I have a few of them that I drop off in different rooms just incase the spirits decide to speak when I'm not in the room. I've caught many evp's doing that
Thank you for the tip!! I’ll try that out
Great to fall asleep to
I’m glad you enjoyed!👻
i’m glad i came across this, idk why videos like this make me gts lol 😂
We had ppl investigating up here and…that’s whenever the disembodied sound comes through
These peoole are brave to go into this house alone. Aleays enjoy the stories and history of these homes!
Thank you so much❤, it definitely is nerve racking and can be very scary at times. I’m so glad you enjoyed this one!! I can’t wait for you to see the next episode!👻🙏🏻
