Hi, thanks for your easy-to-follow tutorials. A question about mixers and feedback susceptibility. We recently tried a Behringer Xenyx X1204 USB mixer in our rehearsal room and found that the rig entered into feedback at significantly lower volume than with our old Yamaha mixer. We played with various settings (comp, low cut in and out) EQ flat and just a touch of reverb, but couldn’t get near. Is there something inherently in the design that makes it susceptible? We’re looking at the Notepad 12FX as another option. Any thoughts would be welcome.
If I need to connect a stereo guitar pedalboard that ends with a DI box / Line Isolator - specifically the Walrus Audio Canvas - it's a problem connecting to the Soundcraft?
Really strange and bizarre design choice. Looking at Soundcraft's options, both the Signature and Signature MTK (Multitrack) series have Phantom power switches (as well as USB output). Thanks for the information. This is something Soundcraft doesn't go over (at least on the product front pages).
Excellent information! Your Videos always have the 100% Perfect info. Keep up the good work! 👍
I appreciate that!
Very helpful, thank you!

Can you hook up a cordless microphone to this mixer?

I wonder if the 48V in the combo jacks will affect synths connected to the TRS? Or is it a TS in the combo jacks?
48v only comes out the XLR jacks. It is never connected to TRS or TS jacks.
