Why oxygen, you'd use nitrogen if you want more bang for your buck on how much compressed gas fits into a cylinder. Plus using pure oxygen on anything woth oil on it is asking for trouble.

I recently bolted a small cheap 12 volt motorcycle horn directly to the underside of my truck hood and wired it to a button on the dash. Super loud that way bc the hood amplifies it, sounds hilarious. Reminds me of an old VW horn.

You need a volume tank. Add a 1 or 2 inch hose going from the “large” compressed air storage tank to the horn. Use that to feed air to your horn. That should correct the issue

It takes 100+gallon tank at 280-300psi to make these horns even blow close to what they're capable of. Thank you WhistlingDiesel for making me research these....
A lad in the uk got done for putting a ships fog horn on his honda civic. It was to loud for the road apparently, there is a law saying the max dB your horn can have.
