I just finished the books and the show myself. Darklina grabbed a hold of me from the books and never let go. And I hope you end up loving the crows. They're everything. Thirsting for Ben Barnes is also valid and understandable 😂

grisha lore because i noticed some questions
the grisha are divided into three orders, Corporalki, Etherealki and Materialki
corporalki are the order of the living and the dead: Heartrenders, healers, and tailors
heartrenders can manipulate a human body, stopping airflow or hearts, and such
healers is self explanatory
tailors can alter a person's [physical appeafrence, like how genya tailored alina, main things include taking away/giving tattoos, changing hair or eye color, or even changing the bone structure of a persons face, among other things. however they usually have special items they use to do it
Etherealki are the order of summoners: Inferni, Squallers, and Tidemakers
Inferni can summon combustible gasses, but can't summon fire from thin air, they need flint for that to make a spark
squallers can create storms, raise/lower air pressure, and can manipulate air pressure to create gusts or manipulate objects
tidemakers can manipulate temperature to summon and control water
Materialki are the order of Fabrikators: Durasts and Alkemi, though they are commonly referred to together as Fabrikators.
durasts deal with anything solid like grisha steel, metal, glass, etc., and Alkemi specialize in things like chemicals and blasting powder
