Part of the reason these movies are so long and graphic is Art has the power to make his victims temporarily immortal, surviving injuries they shouldn’t so that he can drag out their torture. The director doesn’t want the horror to be implied, but based in suffering alongside the characters. It’s definitely a lot to handle 😭

The Terrifier franchise is iconic. They’re not scary. They’re just gory. The 2nd is WAY better, and the third even better than that. Art is goofy. It’s definitely worth continuing.
