1.2 miles (~2km) (feels like 80 steps of stairs)
1000 feet elevation
No cell service
Bring plenty of water
No bathroom on trail
Level: difficult trial
Closed toes shoes recommended
Pass 7 bridges that are labeled
Cannon through Colorado River
Interstate passing through cannon
Spouting Rock Fall
Expect to spend 3hours the whole trip
Got tickets for ~$100 round trip Delta
from MSP to Denver (DEN)! Denver is great place to do weekend trip from MN!

Wow! Congrats to you guys for making it all the way! Yeah going down is hard too. Uses different muscles. I would not make it. I would die. They would have had to remove my dead body via helicopter.

Lol.. we barely made it! We saw couple people carrying infants up there. That extra (10-15lbs) weight must be though. A couple 6-7 year olds made it also.
