Great video, just to mention, as I'm sure you're aware, the Baht Buses that you saw outside the Centera (& further down that road outside of the Long Beach Hotel) are for Private hire only (i.e. they're basically taxis), there is no baht buss that runs around Wongamat, the best you can do is the one that runs along Naklua Road to the Fish market.
Great Place to live though & agree 100% about Blue Siam, it's my local :)

Good to see that there are some bars without bar girls, it’s good for a change just having a quiet drink either on your own or with a mate. Never seen anyone doing a video of these bars, all do ones with working bar girls. Don’t get me wrong bar girls are good, but sometimes just want a quiet drink.

Lol, yes maybe they do. Any feedback would be appreciated as always 👍 I personally wasn’t that happy with it, camera angle wrong when in Soi 6 but I just have to do what I can until I start creating fancy edits with a MacBook and software, for now it is what it is 😁
Wongamat appears to be a more relaxed better quality area my Brother is there now when he first arrived he was not sure if he liked it he usually stays over Jomtien but now thinks it is a great area
Yeah it’s great and not far from the action if you want it; personally love Wongamat but maybe not everyone’s cup of tea
@@goodvibespattaya2423 It's got cleanest water in all of Pattaya and Rayong (which gets oil leaks every now and then due to pipelines underneath it). And it's really quiet, best for residential.

Hi mate, recently subscribed, and liking your content , I’m coming to Pattaya area in the last week of March and haven’t stayed or looked around wongamat , would you recommend staying there instead of Jomtein for the week? Like a little bit of night life and will venture into central Pattaya for atleast one night , but happy to have a good few “non pushy bars” and restaurants to chill in, but mainly an early riser , so not into super late nights.. trying to look all around for future retirement area..

G’day mate, I love Wongamat as it is close to Pattaya if you want that action and there are also bars without pushy bar girls, it’s a personal preference but I stayed here for a month before deciding it was the right area for me, should catch up for a beer when your here 👍

Hi mate, I have a Yamaha Xmax300 and it was 183,500 baht for a 2022 model before they launched the upgraded 2023 which is now 196,600. You can buy a small scooter like a Honda Click160 for around 75,000 but a wait list!
