Im swapping out my bushings as i type this but as im putting everything back together im having an extremely hard time getting the larger 22mm bolt back into place. Is it really that hard to get it back in?? Any help is appreciated been out here for 3 hrs trying to figure it out hoping the bolt isnt stripped! TIA
@@pmoney425 yea that was a little challenging. I had to work that one in what I ended up doing was lubricating the threads and the tip of the bolt with grease and that worked for me. Good luck you got this!
@ the torque spec should be in the instructions for the bushings. If not in the video I remember talking about the torque spec. I don’t remember the torque specs off hand. It should apply for the 250 too.
Have you noticed more even tire wear since putting on? Thinking of buying these and just want to confirm they do a good job before pulling the trigger?
@EdwinM728 last question haha. Do you find these to ride rougher ? Like the front suspension being stiffer? Do you know if you need to add lubrication ever so often to stop noises ?
I just did this on my 06 is350. You can visually see the difference from side to side on how the camber on the tires is more square. If you do this, do one side then compare stock to the RR and you will see that they really did re engineer the bushings to fix the inside wear issue, it's especially noticeable on lowered cars like mine. I will need an alignment though. The stock bushings made it hard for the alignment shop the get it 100% aligned. We shall see if they can now get it aligned properly.
@@R0ll_lex good to know, did you do anything for the back suspension I've heard that it has a little too much negative camber and no way to adjust so it wears out the inner edge of the tire. I'm probably going to get an adjustable arm.
@@EdwinM728 I have had the car since February and will monitor the rear. I plan on getting the full AVS Tein shock system kit to lower the car and then will play with alignment numbers. My car is the gs350 f sport by the way.
@@R0ll_lex oh nice what year? It must be nice I love my Is 300 I was also thinking to get RR racing tune just to get a few more hp since is the same engine of the Is 350.

@@EdwinM728 thanks but still not much luck, its so hard im starting think the bolt is stripped. Do you happen to have torque specs for 2014 is250 AWD?

So far so good my tires are wearing pretty even
@@EdwinM728 how many miles have you put on them since the change ?
@@KyleSmith-sk3sg I have no clue but its been about 5 months and I use it everyday to work and other places.
@@EdwinM728 gotcha appreciate the info.

@@stuffdo_er nice! 💪🏻
I can’t get that big bolt back in in
@@j.gotsnkrs I had the same problem,I think I ended up putting some grease on it and continued working it.
@ mine goes in kind of sideways when I try to screw it back on. Don’t wanna risk messing up the bolt, but should I just keep tightening it?
@ man is hard to tell with out being there I don’t want you to mess it up.
Had the same ones and replaced them with figs. The rr racing polyurethane bushing was nosey.
So far no noise with mine, hows your tire wear, did it improved
@@EdwinM728 Tire wear has been less, they do thier job for sure.
