Hey Sweet Susan -yes I love the rib stitch brim but for me the 2x2 version is more elegant than the more casual 1x1. Both are great - it just a matter of preferrance.
Thank you Denise 🥰. I’ve stopped loom knitting for quite a while but you’ve come up with another magnificent stitch. I’ve started again & everyone will be excited when I make them loving items 🥰💐💜💋🎉
Hey my adorable friend - I can't let you stop. No WAY ! Going to have to knit more patterns you like in 2023 💛💛💛 . Off I go - see you next week with another one.
I wish this video was available a week ago when I was trying to figure this out on my own! Great video, Denise 🧡 When I knitted the pattern in the round, I pulled the stitch off peg 4 on the 1st row and saved it with a stitch marker. Then I did 5 rows passing the yarn behind the empty 4th peg. On row 6, I pulled that dropped stitch back on the peg behind the skipped rows and knitted off. Rows 7-10 I did the same thing but to peg 2 instead of peg 4. Got a very similar look to yours
I watched this video once, then went back and followed along while you were doing each row. Everything you instructed was very understandable. I loved the llama or Alpaca going across the screen. I also love your stitch markers. I've been using the small rubber bands and all to often I find I accidentally catch the rubber band while knitting and end up having to cut out off. So these stitch markers are great. Thank you for a great stitch and video.
Another beautiful pattern and easy to follow. Do you think 3 light worsted would work for both this and the Wavy Rib Stitch? I bought that pattern and made a hat. Time to move into scarf season. Thank you for your time.
I recently started loom knitting again, and immediately returned to your channel❤ I am in love with this pattern! Thank you very much. Could you share how to determine how many skeins of yarn I’ll need for a throw blanket? I’ve found mixed information online, and previously I’ve only made hats, boot cuffs, scarves, etc.. thank you, again
Hi. I'm not Denise, but I'm pretty sure that it depends on your pattern and the yarn weight. If you've got super-bulky weight (6), you'll need a lot less yardage than if you use worsted weight (4). The pattern is your building blocks or links. I suggest doing a small swatch of similar yarn or the yarn you want to use, generally patterns reference a 4" x 4" (or 10 cm x 10 cm), with the tools you intend to use, hand wash it, block it, and see from there. Some looms have tighter gauges than others. And that's not even accounting for whether or not you'll be doubling or tripling your yarn for the stitches. Long story short, it depends, so doing a swatch really is the best way.
It has been a while since I used my circular looms. I have a small gauge wooden round loom and want to use this stitch for making leg warmers. I wonder how it'll look...
I love the look of this. As always your tutorials are clear and easy to follow. I often have trouble with the flat knit getting too tight. Could I use the e wrap going both ways?
Hi ! Thanks so much for the kind words. As the the knit versions- the effect of switching from any of the versions to an eWrap to drastic. Size and look will not be the same. It’s best to work on your tension so that you master all versions of the knit stitch. I recommend watching this video. I hope it will be helpful ruclips.net/video/zr6L3nUxkj8/видео.html
Thank you for sharing this! If you don’t do a border (like a garter stitch border), will it curl? I want to make a blanket using this stitch. Thanks again!
Denise I ❤️ this pattern. I can’t wait to make it. I’m going to try an make it using #6 yarn. Have you or any one that reads this ever used a pattern using a number 6 yarn?? Thanks
Hi Denise, if i do this in the round on a 41 peg for hat...do i still do the 3 knits at the end of the round or do i knit over the 41 peg..i really would like to do a hat too..i dont know what to do at the end
I was worried folks would not like it, but I've sold bunches of the markers, so I guess a little commercial doesn't hurt. AND a dose of the giggles for someone I like - is just as great.
It can be done on the infinity loom with bulky- but not all stitch patterns work well with bulky and I believe this one won’t be as visible using bulky yarn.
No tear de pregos tem como fazer? ? Eu não tenho de pino vou ter que comprar quero fazer uma blusa com esses pontos são super fáceis de fazer muito lindo e obg pela atenção de me responder!!😊😘
Hi there! I purchased the pattern for this, but I don't see why the last "set" is shorter than the rest. I would like to make a baby blanket with this.
Hi sorry, I don't understand your question. Do you mean, rows? I would need more information to be able to help you. It is easier for me to help you on the platform where you purchased the pattern. It's very difficult to continue a conversion on the RUclips platform, because I might not see your answer. I have hundreds of questions here.
Ill be having my first child in July the nursery is going to have lots of winnie the Pooh so im excited to make a baby blanket with this honey comb look. How many rows do you think I'd need to make a crib size blanket? I also bought the pattern thanks for making it available ☺️
Most are basically the same. And I actually don't use the looms I like best because they're very expensive so I use what I know most of my followers can afford. - Oops almost forgot to tell you - those looms are CinDwood Looms - all of them are AWESOME.
If you like the video please consider sharing it and purchasing the pattern - it helps a lot 💛 Thank YOU : loomahat.store/products/bubble-stitch
As a beginner i really appreciate how easy these are to follow. Very clear instructions and the angle of camera is perfect.
SooOOooooo Glad it was helpful!
This is the clearest tutorial yet. Thanks!!!
Glad it was helpful! Thank YOU for the feedback.
I have been loom knitting 3 years as of this month. I started learning by watching your videos. I can’t wait to try this.
Hey ! That makes me super happy 😊
I’m doing my due diligence by watching FIRST! Can’t wait to make this, but for a hat. Would you think the rib stitch would make a nice brim?
Hey Sweet Susan -yes I love the rib stitch brim but for me the 2x2 version is more elegant than the more casual 1x1. Both are great - it just a matter of preferrance.
Thanks for the pep talk close to the end, it is always nice to hear endearing comments
Thanks!
Oh WOW Thank YOU sooOOOOoo much !!!!
Thank you Denise 🥰. I’ve stopped loom knitting for quite a while but you’ve come up with another magnificent stitch. I’ve started again & everyone will be excited when I make them loving items 🥰💐💜💋🎉

That’s so thoughtful of you Adrienne, Thanks for your positive review,How are you and how’s the weather over there?
I loved making this as a square! Hoping to do more stitch pattern squares. You are the best Denise!
Oh boy, I might think on this a few? Thank goodness for the slooooow motion setting! 😆
I love the opposite side, I'd call that a honeycomb stitch. Love all of your videos!!
Ditto - I totally love that opposite side 😆. Twins !
Thank you, I love learning new stitches. 🤗 I started loom knitting a year ago, time consuming, but LOTS of fun.
Thank YOU for the thank you - I really appreciate it. 💛

Denise, this video was very understandable. And entertaining as well. Always enjoy your videos.
💛Thank you my friend for the feedback. I soOOOOoo appreciate it.
Bought the pattern and it is easier because I was trying to do it in the round. It really is fun to do. Thank you so much for sharing ♥️
You are so welcome! 🥰 And thank YOU for supporting my little store!
How did you do it in the round?
@@deadinteresting8905 you have to buy the pattern in her store.

This is so cool!! I love your fruit markers! I'm so doing this when I have a chance!!
I've been hoping someone would explain this stitch!! Thank you. I try a new design as often as i can.

I love this stitch and your very cute graphics🤗
Wow, thank you! 😘 I had fun adding them.

You are so very very welcome !
This is beautiful!
Thank YOU 😊
Thank you for sharing this! If you don’t do a border (like a garter stitch border), will it curl? I want to make a blanket using this stitch. Thanks again!
Has a mild curl and I totally recommend a border. 🌼
Thank you so much! 😊
Denise I ❤️ this pattern. I can’t wait to make it. I’m going to try an make it using #6 yarn. Have you or any one that reads this ever used a pattern using a number 6 yarn?? Thanks
I have used #6 with many projects but never with this stitch pattern. I recommend knitting a swatch first, ruclips.net/video/FNh6akHwC-M/видео.html
Great stitches!! Turns out very pretty😀
Thank YOU Connie 😊💛😊
Love it's . Pool
Thanks for the video, ít seems easy to do, I'm gonna try it out.
I did it - YOU truly can do it! I have faith in you my Looma ! 💛
Hi Denise, if i do this in the round on a 41 peg for hat...do i still do the 3 knits at the end of the round or do i knit over the 41 peg..i really would like to do a hat too..i dont know what to do at the end
Here I am trying to look at an old hat and figure out the pattern. Glad I searched bubble stitch.
Keep in mind that this is a flat pattern version. Some stitch patterns are different when you knit in the round.
Hello, Sorry if I missed it, but If I could ask please - does this stitich pattern curl? Thank you!
It did not for me on my short swatch. But stitches can act differently when you knit longer projects so it's hard to give a definite no.
Love your videos ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ love
Thank YOU 😊 You are so kind !
PS: I giggle every time I watch this and you say “quick commercial”! 😂
I was worried folks would not like it, but I've sold bunches of the markers, so I guess a little commercial doesn't hurt. AND a dose of the giggles for someone I like - is just as great.
Hola. Tengo una lana gruesa y no encuentro un patrón q no quede dura la bufanda. Cual m recomiendas?
Nice pattern
can this be done in the round?
Yes - but the pattern doesn't translate exactly the same. The in the round pattern is in the written version. loomahat.store/products/bubble-stitch
Mira nomás que BEYEZA tines en tus manos don de DIOS🎉🎉🎉🎉🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍🇸🇻❤
Nice you good teacher 👍💙
Would this pattern work with bulky yarn? And can it be done on a infinity loom?
It can be done on the infinity loom with bulky- but not all stitch patterns work well with bulky and I believe this one won’t be as visible using bulky yarn.
If i want to make a scarf with this stitch how do i cast on/off?
Pretty please will you consider using this pattern for a hat tutorial? Okbye 😊
Hey Sweet Susan - I’ve been thinking about it. Mostly for a baby because it would take a huge loom to get an adult size.
That’s so thoughtful of you Susan, Thanks for your positive review,How are you and how’s the weather over there?
Oh, and would this stitch look OK with just a simple boarder, like 2 rows of knitting? I don't want to take away from the beautiful stitch.
This swatch only has two rows of knit stitches for a border.
Amazing! Thank you for share :)
Thank YOU for the thank you - I soOOOOOO appreciate it 💛
That’s so thoughtful of you Paty, Thanks for your positive review,How are you and how’s the weather over there?
How do you do this stitch all the way around
Hi there! I purchased the pattern for this, but I don't see why the last "set" is shorter than the rest. I would like to make a baby blanket with this.

Can you please make a video on how to knit 🧶 legwarmers? 🥺
Can i do this for a hat
Yes - but the pattern doesn't translate exactly the same in the round. That is in the written version. loomahat.store/products/bubble-stitch
Lovely pattern!!! what things can you do with this pattern?
Are we free to sell patterns we make using your stitches? Or do we need a commercial license?
Hi ! You don’t need permission or a license for stitches.
I tryed but it did not come out like your pattern melissa
Oh no ... send me a picture. I'll try to figure out what went wrong.
What looms you ❤️ love best
Most are basically the same. And I actually don't use the looms I like best because they're very expensive so I use what I know most of my followers can afford. - Oops almost forgot to tell you - those looms are CinDwood Looms - all of them are AWESOME.
