Good morning. What type of fungicide do you use for your dragon fruit

Hi Ricardo, I use copper fungicide to prevent cactus rust on my dragon fruits.

You get to put a bee hive in you garden, it will be very useful. By the way I am a beekeeper.

Hey man, I was wondering if you could sell/share with me some cuttings of a`couple of your dragonfruit? Maybe we can trade, I've got white vietnam and a red variety that has a few more thorns to it.

What varieties are you looking for? I’m fine with adding more to my collection as my space is limited. Thank you for the offer.

@@GraftingDragonFruit The one I've been looking for is Ecuador Yellow Dragon, do you happen to have it? I don't really know much about other good cultivars but that one I've read is supposed to be very good with large and sweet fruits.

Due to the high request i've been getting from the Ecuador yellow dragon. I'm currently out until November time when the branches start to grow to an appropriate size. Check back with me again around that time for availability on the Ecuador variety.

I live in the Oceanside area of San Diego and have been looking for other dragon fruit growers to trade cuttings. New to growing, would love to meet and trade if you have cuttings. I thought you are in Southern CA area.? Any variety will do since I only have one kind and would love to grow different types.

Hi Richard, once you harvest your fruit from that vine are you planning on cutting down the vine to the point were you removed the flesh or are you gonna leave it as is and continue growing fruit? 👍Thanks for sharing 👍👍

My plan is to leave the branch so that it will develop more branches from it. Once there is enough branches that is hanging over the branch and blocking it with shade. That's when I will remove the branch when so much has grown that its being block of direct sunlight by other branches. This branch is mature so removing it right after 1 season of fruiting would be unnecessary unless the branch is completely spent of all its nodes from the season.
