there goes another 4000 hours of your life i have done is three times so far you are a true craftsman nobody knows what it takes to start and finish a job like that true dedacation
I am not the biggest fan of this style of car, but wow, I am blown away by the work put into this. Please "Hand Built Cars" more of the same. This is surely the winner for a "Hand Built Car", and most worthy of the title. Epic work.
Holy wow... I'm trying to build an extended cab truck out of a four door sedan and you build a 5 window coupe from an oil stain.... My hat is off to you, lol

Other than the 34 coupe I didn't see anything that would interested me. I have a 33 Ford coupe made from a 4 door . I bought it as a project with a body put together with a lot of vice grips and a lot of pieces . I don't know where the quarters came from or most of the panels/patches. It took over three months to get it all welded together and it is a good thing I am retired. I pulled the body off the frame to do the suspension 9 inch rear stock axel with F-1 front brakes and split bones. Still in process this is not for someone to try without a lot of experience! If you do try keep coming back here for motivation! If you fail sell it to me cheap!
4” grinder , duct tape and a sharpie . Tape the glass you want to cut and use the grinder following the sharpie line grind away. Not a cutoff wheel but a grinding wheel. Because putting glass in these can get expensive
Would you mind telling me what wheels you used on this project. I have seen them on old pictures of salt flat cars but I have yet to track down what they are. Thanks in advance.
Well done ! , u and I do the same things , (tin benders) im in the process right now making a 3/w from a sedan , i like what ta did on the rear crossmember , nice idea for banjo runners 💪hats off big dog, ps where ya based out of? I’m in Wa. State my friends call me Magic
Channeled floors and chopped tops should be rewarded with public floggings. Anybody who does this and thinks they are doing something good are simply fooling themselves. Makes a car into a gocart and undrivable. No headroom and looks like shit. How can anyone say that a chopped top actually looks better than stock??? Stop destroying stock coupes!
You build the car to suit yourself Bob ~ he did an awesome job and you had to bad mouth him ~ I found pieces of a 32 Terraplane and built one ~ show us a hot rod you've built ~
Too much chop for me but all that work just to paint it black. It's going to be a great time in history when people rediscover that there's more than 1 color of paint that you can buy.

They are older Ford wheels, wide lug pattern...... mainly used early 30's and very hard to find
WOW !!!
Very nice!!!!!! I love it !!!! Good job man

Gotta admit, it looked conceptually sketchy at the start, but, wow, what a finish.
I would like to hear these cars run. Nice job anyway though.
Does anyone no the song
I personally would not have cut up an original sedan body because they are getting super rare and expensive now
It is almost impossible to see out of these things with that much chop.
AT 17:19 THEY DRINCK a & w, THEY KNOW THERE STUFF:
I'm building a 34 hudson coupe
Could not put up with the back ground, too damned loud.
Fronts chopped to much my own opinion

Sound REALLY Sucks.
Soopoib
Slide shows to hippity hoppity... kind of gets me a little irritated after a while ? Just sayin'
you just destroyed it with that chop the 34 has a great roof line no need to alter it
Top is chopped to much and looks funny in a bad way
and an over use of louvers the car would get wet on most of the inside, not cool!
You build the car to suit yourself Bob ~ he did an awesome job and you had to bad mouth him ~ I found pieces of a 32 Terraplane and built one ~ show us a hot rod you've built ~
WTF
Way to ruin a perfectly good four door.
