I just signed up for my first Spartan Race. Any running or obstacle advice or training would be great for me but I don't know about your other viewers. The martial art videos are great too 👍
@@Robert-vv6qp you'll fucking dominate that race if you get the two vaults I already posted down and if I can get my vertical wallrun tutorial up in time. I actually already filmed it but I wasn't happy with the footage, as you can see in those video, my lavaliere mic wasn't working so I had to use the camera mic, I hated it lol. I'll try and refilm it asap.
