- Honestly, NOW is the Best Time to Start Playing Baldur's Gate 3 if you haven't started already. This is an incredible RPG that you can get many hours out of. What's nice is this game offers near endless replayability so you can continue to have fun with it For a long time to come. This is partially due to the modding community in Baldur's Gate, which adds a lot of extra stuff to the game, and more mods being added every hour. The beauty of this is we can get pretty much anything you want in the game now and I'm really looking forward to see what comes next.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would play this game. I never knew DnD and never played CRPGs. But Tiktok of all places got me invested lmao. Saw someone playing and picking through dialogue choices and the amount of personality the characters had just sucked me in. So here I am now, drowning in BG3 but can't stop 😂
Hahaha glad to have you here because of playing it! I played Divinity Original Sin 2 and it was the only CRPG I was ever hooked on, and a friend got me into BG3 right before launch and I didn't expect to play this game so many times wow. Perfect game in my eyes

The writing , the character story development, the emotion in this game is unrivaled. Truly a masterpiece. Im over 1200 hours in and still noticing new things. Mods have breathed a new life to a undying game. Thanks for all the content Jay, and beautiful community we have.
Very true!! It’s the closest thing to perfect I’ve ever seen in a video game. And mods breathing new life into an undying game is so well put.

Before the game came out I didnt want it bc of dice rolls but then I realized Larian made the game & I loved Divinity Original Sin 2 😁
Hahahah thats how I felt too. I really enjoyed DOS2 but it was the only one of its kind that I particularly liked. However BG3 is on its own level!!
As an MTG player, I knew about DnD. I watched some of the movies, but I've never played to the tabletop, and I've also never played to any Baldur's Gate game before BG3. Bg3 is phenomenal. So much so, that I stopped playing dragon dogma 2 and I don't regret it 😂
Hahaha I beat dragons dogma 2 and after the first 10 hours there isn’t much of anything new. However BG3 on multiple Play throughs it still feels fresh

I didn't want to play BG3 when it was first released, I was so worried how they will continue BG1-2, as those were some of my favourite games of all times. I'm so glad I bit the bullet and started palying, because BG3 is one of my favourite's ever. Thanks man :D
BG3 is an incredible followup to BG1 and 2. Crazy how different but similar they are, and obviously the age between them hahaha

Storywise i would still say bg1 and 2 are better. As a game however and with regards to how the game reacts to your decisions and actions bg3 blows the older games away too
Been sitting on this game since its release on console. Told myself I wouldn’t play it until the physical copy I ordered from larian arrived. Started it last week and I am having a freaking blast. Great game

I love this game so its hard not to be a passionate advocate for it! I really hope this game can outshine the Skyrim modding community. This outfit was from the Blossom's Armor Mod! Ciri's outfit is so great on Shadowheart as well

What I like is there’s mods i can use that don’t disrupt a first playthrough! Using no party limits or QoL like those UI mods or inventory management help smooth out the new player experience for someone new to all of this
I find myself to be a purist and no mod at all. The only game I did find myself adding mods was Skyrim. I believe the game is already filled with enough content, equipements, spells, skills, etc.
Its great for playthrough number 7 and beyond hahaha
Glad I finished this vanilla, as I probably couldn’t play again in normal mode as developers intended
Yeah there’s so many mods now!!
I was adamant I wasn’t going to enjoy a turn based game… but I gave it a shot and have been utterly obsessed since the day it came out. I even went back and bought the special edition after having played through the game because I believe Larian earned that purchase. It’s in my top 3 all time.

BG3 is a masterpiece but i just wish that Swen didn't make cuts to the game! according to him, there were other regions to explore but they cut it down because they said it was too big! what they could have done was made those extra regions hidden so you don't need to find them but i guess they didn't have the time. Also, there they could have opened the portals in the house of hope as a DLC! maybe with mods! I love this game!
I was always interested in DnD even though I've never played it but didn't think I would like a turn based game in my life still would prefer a arpg but it's grown on me and fell in love with this game

Sadly in the terms of bugs I had one major bug. When I was in Gauntlet of Shar, silent library the book that is the key for opening the room with spear of Shar was destroyed by AoE spell. I was able to pass that door by putting wooden creates on each other until I was able to jump over the door. I was pissed tbh, I nearly quit but I found the video with wooden creates. Also sometimes in the fight enemies glitch they are just passing their turns doing nothing. They still need to patch the game.

Guts great sword but there’s also a mod for the buster sword I’ve seen
I can't wait for modders that add new maps and quests to BG3.

Nah bro, you recommended us to play the game first without any mods. I havent finished the first act bc i couldn’t decide on my multiclass build. Started the game over so many times. Once they announced mods for consoles, I just say forget it and waited for the mods. I need that level up to 20 lol.

Need a mod to alter companion affinity on consoles (like increase it). If something like that happens i might give the game another shot.

Native Camera Tweaks! It plus the WASD movement mods are essentials, can't play without them now
Not gone lie I seen another RUclipsr play this years ago when it was only to be on pc so when it got a ps5 version that’s when I became interested in this I wasn’t gonna play it but now I almost got 200 hours on ps5

Why do most heads and hair not work on on the bigger bodytype?
A lot of clothing don't either, just not made for that body type

I have seen Final Fantasy, Devil May Cry, Berserk, World of Warcraft in the mod manager already so who knows... The bloodborne mod in this video is from Nexus mods

Frankly, Baldur's Gate 3 makes Skyrim look like bloody amateur hour.
It is a much better game.
Agreed, in every way. Skyrim is a lot older but it gives me some excitement for elder scrolls 6

Bethesda needs to learn that bigger is not better unless there is substance to go with it.
Skyrim is fall too empty when Contrast with Oblivion. So I am concerned that ES6 will be more of that.
Wake me up when face and hair mods come to consoles. 😌( that serafina face mod doesn’t count. That face mod makes my TAV look like a HOA Karen that lived in a gate community all her life and you definitely don’t belong in her neighborhood.)
