BIG THANKS to Geoff Neupert for taking the time to chat with me and Jim. You can learn more about Geoff and what he's up to over at chasingstrength.com - be sure to pay it a visit!
Fantastic interview! I’m so grateful that Geoff jumped back into the fitness world and is producing new material. His programming with kettlebells has always been one of my favorites. As an official member of the “executive class,” at 50 years of age, I have been doing the “The Giant” now for several weeks and can testify to its effectiveness. Simple, challenging and efficient!
“Work out at home and alone.” -~James Madden Love it! One of the reasons I love kettlebells, and I also find that my alone time in the garage with the bells is both meditative and restorative - some great time of solitude!
I am so glad you had Geoff on. I bought a few of his programs and after he left kettlebells my computer dumped them! I wish I had an actual book. I miss watchng him.
@@stevewaters6679 right! I would not pay $80+ for his book, unless it was directly sold from him. Pat is touching on his programming but to each their own. Pat connecting with him just goes to show the depth of his knowledge and influence.
Great episode. Despite my attempts at becoming immortal I’ve found myself in that over 35s category, unfit, with a brand new daughter who’s watching me. Just finished Pavel’s Simple and picked up the Giant. Great, enjoyable training that doesn’t impact on my schedule or responsibilities

The LEGEND! I thought Geoff dissapeared from the KB world, so glad he is still around.
How good is it that he is back...so happy to see him around as well :)

Great work as always Pat...so glad to see Geoff in the scene again...and with added Jim from TB...great combo...
Great discussion!
Excellent! Geoff has so much to offer
I finished this video the next day...thank you for solid mentorship.
Yeap, you were right, Pat. I had bought the Giant before I finished listening to this podcast😀
AWESOME. I have all of Geoff's Programs. I have done KB Muscle, KB Strong and More KB Muscle. He was a huge influence on me and my training.
Oh and Jim... Ageless Athlete, epic book mate.
Was it Dan John that said these folks forgot more about training than I would ever know? Very cool vid, thanks!
Excellent
Gaddddddd I wish Kettlebell Muscle was still available
Oh and I did Geoff's 12 week muscle building programme after lockdown 1 in the UK, lost 7kg of blubber after 7 weeks. Good stuff.
You can buy it off of Geoff's website, Chasing Strength, in the products section
@@nathanieltapsak175 not seen that in there to be honest
@@robmarkworth5377you could always just send an email to Geoff himself!
@@nathanieltapsak175 I did contact him, and it's just unavailable apparently. Forever.
