Hello thank you for the vidéo.
Where are you buy the replacement bar please.
Thank you.
Direct from a Orphek dealer
@@niagarafirecorals Thank you. I find the other but not for OR3. May be send a mail to the customer ?
Sorry for my english.
@@philippemontjoie4900 I had to contact them through email
I really can't believe the sloppy soldering work on the old LEDs. I see excess flux everywhere, not to mention the older tech LEDs they used.
What was the response time out of Orphek on replacement parts? I have 2 Dead Blue Plus 150’s.
I reached out but no response.
Very quick response 👌
Lucky you. It’s been over a week and nothing.
@@stephenmichaluk5892 are you located in Canada?
Yes. I’m Calgary. Local vendor won’t bring in the 150 bars due to shipping cost.
@@stephenmichaluk5892 Contact A1 Aqua that's who looked after me.
How much was the replacement bar ?? thanks
That dried up residue that's on aluminum bar is thermal paste you should have put new on
The replacement was $20 plus shipping. The total cost to my front door was slightly under $50. I'm aware it's thermal paste, and it was by no means dried up. Believe me, I got it all over myself. I didn't have any on hand. However, there was still more than enough that I was not to worried about it.
