Bullet in 2005-6, said it 1000 times. I think they're aware of the impact 'The Poison' had on the world, but the magnitude of how much it impacted so many lives is another thing. Just this extremely raw energy and that whole not giving a fuck energy is what deserved the respect of the kids of that generation and how they gravitated towards the vibe that can't be replicated at that moment in time. The live shows back then were mind blowing with a combination of Matt, Moose, Jay and Padge tearing it up and the crowds feeding their energy as well. Just ferocious, tight and aggressive with some beautiful melodies in there as well. Just a wonderful time in existence. I'm glad we're all here to celebrate 20 years with them. Well done for your achievements boys.

What i love about Tears Don't Fall pt. 2 it's a song about the same pain, but from a more experienced point in live.
Like if part 1 was a breakup in your 20th when you were high on love. And part 2 was a breakup in your 30th where you already invested a view years, planed your living, your family. It's less boiling emotions, but heavier in a more despaired vibe, paired with a more complex theme for a more complex live.
^^ Like in the first part you smash a bottle of beer against a streetlite, in part two you are tempted to throw a good glas of wine against the wall in your living room.

I remember how in 2005 I heard the song Hand Of Blood from NFS Most Wanted - since then I fell in love with metal music, a week later a classmate came to me with a disc of songs from the album The Poison - this band discovered for me the very metalcore with which I had known since my youth age to this day holds the core and desire in me in various difficult life situations not to give up, not to give up, but to fight against adversity, plus it inspired me to pick up a guitar in 2010 - since then, my favorite hobby after work and a hard day is to pick up guitar, play a couple of BFMV songs and enjoy all the beauty of the songs that Matt and his team once wrote for us. Matt, you made me who I was meant to be, thank you for supporting me from a very young age! \m/

@@brandonweiss8364I doubt that, avenged has recently been hinting a lot to their earlier stuff and they’d never forget their roots like that as Matt has said several times even in the nik interview. That doesn’t mean they think they’re above metal core that’s simply just not true

Matt Tuck is the reason I play guitar and how I found extreme vocals.
BFMV is one of the most important bands to me in my musical journey and I'm sure many people feel the same.

I remember going down to Rockville for the first time last year and there was a weather delay and everyone had to leave the speedway, and I was PISSED because I thought I was gonna miss Bullet! They let everyone back in and me and my friend got in some how and right when we got to the stage they came on! Such a great show! Had been waiting to see them since I was 15

I think A7X are big enough that they wouldn’t be kicking themselves for declining. They could sell out any arena tour with ease I’d imagine.

hand of blood on burn out revenge was THE song that got me into metal as a 8 year old. I was kinda scared of the vocals but the hook of the guitar was irresistible.

What i really love about Bullet, sure they have their bangers that everybody knows, but every single song they ever made was really well written, crafted and performed. Sure one of the reasons why they stayed for so long and kept growing everytime metal core had fresh air.

i was literally thinking the exact same thing about the old 2000s metal, i too feel that it's a time for it to be revived and hit the population to reignite that sort of energy we are missing. So happy to hear this album, bullet hit this album out of the park and didn't just produce an album just to be producing an album as so many bands have to do to stay in a tour cycle, this one felt very fresh, inspired, and intentional. I fell in love with bullet all over again and it's been very nostalgic and invigorating. I missed them during their latest tour in the US, so I'm so happy to hear that they will be touring with Trivium in 2025, I've never seen either band, but this would be the time to see them to check it off the bucket list!!! let's fn go!
