Cucumbers.
Salt.
Stir and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Radish.
Young cabbage.
I use half.
Salt.
4-5 chicken eggs.
Water.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
Peel the chicken eggs.
Chickpea microgreens.
The daily dose of healthy greens is about 30-50 grams.
This amount is enough to get a portion of microelements and vitamins necessary for good health.
It is most often added to salads with vegetables.
3 tablespoons of thick yogurt.
Mustard.
Garlic.
I use a small grater.
Mix.

White onion.
Red hot pepper.
Garlic.
Ginger.
Preparing the dressing.

Rice vinegar 20 ml.
Paprika 20 grams.

Mix.

Excellent recipes Polly! Just a quick question … I have made a couple of the recipes using cucumbers which are salted and then squeezed to remove the excess water. I find that it results in the salads being too salty.. should I rinse the cucumbers after squeezing or use less salt? Thank you and keep up the good work!
