There also color coded. 2.5s are red, 5kgs are white, 10kgs are green, 15kgs are yellow, 20kgs are blue which is what is in the video and 25kgs are red. so hes doing 3 blue plates which comes out to 315lbs considering there actually 45lb plates and not 20kg plates. Similar but not identical.

For people saying its bad technique it's not that bad. Actually a decent POWER clean lets keep that in mind. If it was a SQUAT clean he would get over 400 easy
not entirely. Id bet hed actually lift less in a full clean. My power clean is only about 10kg less then my full clean which is only 10-15 less than my best front squat. A lot of it is technique and leg strength. A full clean is more difficult than a power clean due to having to be strong in the front squat as well as have really good pulling form to transition into a good squat position.

Plus he would need to be able to snatch which is by far the more difficult lift to become proficient at. Out of all the movements the clean is typically the easiest. Jerk and snatch are where the differences lie.
Showcase of exactly why I agree with Eric Bugenhagen on cleans vs deadlifts. This young man would do better for himself hitting deadlifts with double this weight -- or more, he is obviously a talented athlete -- compared to flawed clean form. If you aren't disciplined enough to teach yourself to properly clean, or have a competent coach, the deadlift is far more beneficial for strength and explosiveness.
