I was there personally to experience the seminars and it was a mesmerising experience to watch and learn from the living legend Higaonna Sensei!
Great morrio Higaonna 's seminar was superb
sensei higaonna is the best, in the other hand this days anyone can get to blackbelt, my god the seminar attendants are terrible
I agree with Master Higaonna to stop taking pictures and learn the fundamental techniques of goju ryu karate. The seminar is very educational. Always keep an open mind because the question that you are asking the person right next to you might ask the same question.

The sound of the old sensei breathing out is scary
The attendees should leave their smart phones outside - not be stood there taking video when they should be focused on the seminar. All these videos will then be uploaded to RUclips. Everyone is losing their perspective on what is important - being there and mindfulness of the seminar. Yes we film martial arts - that's our business, we are a movie company. We have shot video with Higaonna sensei at his Hombu dojo, but this is done with respect and his permission - we even ask where our cameras should point. Shooting with smart phones at any angle can give the wrong impression and not what a sensei would wish for.
What that guy did at 3:59 was a massive disrespect, he downright challenged higaonna sensei. What a shame, no etiquette and should have his belt stripped away, clearly he wanted to “beat” the master for the cameras

Jiyukan the uke is not doing the drill correct, he is resisting wayyy too much, this made higaonna Sensei use other tactics to neutralize him..
@@SENSEIJASON Yes, they all are doing it to strong. They are probably not used to that kind of exercise.

I don't blame Master Higaonna for telling the black belts to stop shooting pictures and practice goju ryu karate. I know he is upset with them.
