This channel offers incredibly accurate and updated information, along with a great voice, which makes it stand out. It's surprising that the subscriber count hasn’t even reached 25k yet. I really hope more people subscribe. To boost growth, I think the team should consider uploading videos more frequently.
Very informative video.. you gave a clear breakdown on the modernization rules passed. Other videos and articles just stated vaguely that H-1B filing will be easy, efficient blah blah blah but never explained how.. you explained really well and I got to know some information that I didn't know before. Hats off!! You earned a subscriber!
Regarding speciality occupation degree. I'm with TCS Working for 17 years My degree is Electronics and NOT Computers. Will this impact my H1? Or Because I already have enough working experience, it should be okay?
Hard to give generic answer as it all depends on the job description. In general, if you have enough experience to compensate for the education requirement, should be ok.
Im working in USA for 10 years in IT as Full stack Java tech lead. But degree is in electronics and telecommunications in 2009. Will there be any impact on h1b extensions?
Can we register company and run it on h1b visa as a owner. But not sponsor ourselves as a employee in the company?like a online tech services business.
Hi thank you for all the info,im on a unpaid internship for my opt which will end by this August, when should i opt for a paid job and stem opt extension?
@RedBus2US yea I think unpaid job won't count for unemployment, half my class would have to deported if that's the case, pretty sure it's only for stem opt where you cannot remain as unemployed, btw when should I file for a cap extension if if I land a job as per the new rule
So now i can open my own company and work for my own company. So my own company will provide H1B visa for me. If it is correct then soon i will meet to the attorney who can set-up my company. Why to give money to others if you have client contacts.

You cannot accrue more than 90 days of unemployment on OPT, plan accordingly. Unpaid internships can be tricky, Talk to an attorney

There was a rule called 3 in 1 right. Can you elaborate more on that please
Rule implementation: Jan 17 2025 ( Joe Biden )
Rule revoked : Jan 21 2025( Stephen Miller )
They cannot do it immediately as it is past the 30 days since it was published in Federal Register.
@ hope so but this Stephen miller guy is a nightmare

Let’s hope the rule stays !!
Am sure, some attorneys will create services to create companies for H1B holders.
@baratmalli6413 It will be incredible if they do. I don't want to give my earnings anymore to my employer.
