I was having a sore left nut, it got that bad my left side of my stomach would hurt, I let it get to the point it would drop me to my knees, I ended up in the hospital, put on antibiotics, just did a cat scan today for maybe a hernia… If you have pain down there, don’t wait, get it checked cause I don’t wish anyone, even my worst nightmare the pain I went through.
@@ArshSh1 nothing to report. Just got to live with it. It's sensitive at times but I still self check my nuts on a regular basis, and have got used to the ache I have most of the time
@@jcjayrock I have the ache most of the time, isn't triggered by movement or bending. Might be worth you getting it checked out by doctor, especially if you are only getting pain under certain circumstances. Mine is a dull ache not painful that I am aware of pretty much as a constant
When I was 21 in college, I worked at a grocery store. While unloading a truck, I heard a pop and excruciating pain in my left testicle. Three separate visits to a urologist yielded an ultra sound, viagra, and antibiotics. I am now 57 and still experience sharp and dull pain each day. Do you have any idea what could be cause of the continued pain?
Please I feel pains in my testicles but there is no swelling on the scrotum.I feel the pains in my abdomen when ever my testicles are paining, I feel pains there too.

@Leightronn Mines was a torsion I lost the left testicle had to have surgery the urologist told me it was coming and going because it was torsing and correcting itself on its own but my luck finally ran out and the left teste died after getting no bloodflow go to the hospital bro

I'm turning 18 this year, and I have a random sharp pain in my left lower abdomen every 15 minutes or so and it lasts for about 10 seconds. It also hurts when I touch my left testicle and it sometimes hurts when I walk. My left testicle is slightly higher than the right one too, but I'm pretty sure it always has been. However, I don't have any swelling, hardness, redness, difficulty passing urine or severe pain. I'm so confused and I'm kinda worried that I have a testicular torsion. It may be due to the epididymis or varicocele but idk ..?
@Banana skinned Cow yes! I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with Epididymitis, and I'm currently on antibiotics. However, this does not automatically mean you have Epididymitis too, you could just be experiencing growth pains, muscle pain/stress, or something like a varicocele (which is the swelling of veins in your testicle). I know it's embarrassing as fuck, but it's best to see a doctor. They only examine your testicles for about 1-2 minutes, and it's worth it. There's so many things it can be so it's better to get checked up before it's too late. Don't diagnose yourself. Get well soon :)
@Banana skinned Cow I use ofloxacin (its very strong ⚠️), but there are about 3 other antibiotics that treat your testicles, so I'm not sure if it's okay for you to do that, but you can atleast try I guess. As long as it's not severe constant pain and you have no lump on your balls, you should be okay. Personally, I'd wait it out for a few more days and then try the antibiotics but it's completely up to you. But yeah, I use ofloxacin, which is a strong antibiotic, which can cause tendonitis (which is a very painful rupture and swelling of your feet and ankles) if it's used incorrectly
@@patrickhunterman4633 damn, that's shit. Check if you have a lump on your testicle, or one of your testicles is high up and swollen. It could just be growing pains since you could be around that age (although it's kinda early). Just make sure you tell your parents about the pain & I know it's embarrassing but it's 100% worth it. You could lose your testicle if it's something serious
dont forget to mention cremaster muscle spasm, herniated disc (L1-L2/L1-T12), Sacrum block and psoas Tension. all these can make the testicles hurt due to referred pain through genitofemoralis and illiolingualis nerve.
I've had constant testicular pain for almost 2 years. Saw urologist and relayed family history of testicular cancer concerns as both father and grandfather got testicular cancer much later in life. Doctor said a I most likely had infection and needed antibiotics. I was tested prior to visit and no signs of infections. He then wanted to have me take pain meds. I've been on those almost 2 years now. Doctor was not very helpful.

I recently grew a bulge in my testicle I went to get a ultrasound of my testicles also CAT scan of my pelvis and stomach and apparently nothing is found and I’d give my life to come back to normal I feel it but doctors can’t find it. Be strong I have been more active working out is my only option 😔 if anybody can help, I d be so extremely thankful 🙏🏾

@@Damathawrath Thankfully no, it was mearly a consequence of overdoing in physical effort. I usully am sedentary so carrying ~15kg of buckets full of dirt for a day below the sun(34º outside) was a bit too much for my lower body.

I really appreciate the information. I originally suffered orchitis epididymus and was put on a course of oflaxicin which cleared the infecttion. Now my right testicle feels raised and dragging when l walk. Pain in the scrotum,penis,groin and thigh which is relieved with an antibiotic once a day. The doctor will not put me on anymore because of the risk of antibiotic resistance. Awaiting to see a urologist but you have given me great information to consider. Thankyou.
@@gm8004 Cut out caffiene and alcohol. Stimulants seem to make it worse. Discuss with your doctor about possible surgery. De nervation of the spermadic cord. I have not had one yet but l will ask for one in the near future.

My left testicle started gradual pain and swollen and the pain and swelling increased very bad. I hospitalized for a week and a lot of antibiotics to get better. There was a chance of surgery but the swelling slowly went down and the pain get better
Hlo doctor can testicular trauma cause lump in right testis. I experienced testicular trauma then nerves below the waist(above the right testis) felt swollen and very painful, after two-three days swollen and pain relaxed,, after 1 week I found a lump downside of right testicle. It's not much painful usually. Please reply I am worried about my lump. My gp told it's nothing to worry without touching and testing it.😢

Consult your doctor. My family is FULL of doctors and nurses and the topic has been brought up about where does the sperm go if I stop. Usually the body just absorbs it. Never heard of it going back down to the testies.

@USER-um6bi I only will take advice n such. No opiates for me. I started using period panties. The are reinforced and work well at support.

I get the same thing but the pain only last for a couple of hrs tops, it's always when I'm asleep.
I recently grew a bulge in my testicle I went to get a ultrasound of my testicles also CAT scan of my pelvis and stomach and apparently nothing is found and I’d give my life to come back to normal I feel it but doctors can’t find it. @@Damathawrath Thankfully no, it was mearly a consequence of overdoing in physical effort. I usully am sedentary so carrying ~15kg of buckets full of dirt for a day below the sun(34º outside) was a bit too much for my lower body.

I really appreciate the information. I originally suffered orchitis epididymus and was put on a course of oflaxicin which cleared the infecttion. Now my right testicle feels raised and dragging when l walk. Pain in the scrotum,penis,groin and thigh which is relieved with an antibiotic once a day. The doctor will not put me on anymore because of the risk of antibiotic resistance. Awaiting to see a urologist but you have given me great information to consider. Thankyou.

@@gm8004 Cut out caffiene and alcohol. Stimulants seem to make it worse. Discuss with your doctor about possible surgery. De nervation of the spermadic cord. I have not had one yet but l will ask for one in the near future.

Hlo doctor can testicular trauma cause lump in right testis. I experienced testicular trauma then nerves below the waist(above the right testis) felt swollen and very painful, after two-three days swollen and pain relaxed,, after 1 week I found a lump downside of right testicle. It's not much painful usually. Please reply I am worried about my lump. My gp told it's nothing to worry without touching and testing it.😢
