Hi BD, I always learn a lot with your videos. Could you teach us how to distinguish the different kinds of swell: the plain edema from the tunica increase to know if the pumping will lead to penile growth or not. I'm not sure how to differenciate them.
Do you build tolerance with pumping? For example would i be able to achieve the desired expansion in the beggining with lower pressure, and as i progress i will have to increase the pressure to get there?
I wonder if we can pump without getting some edema. How would I ever know if I'm using enough pressure or not, if I don't try a higher one and see the result? I would remain at 5 hg for the rest of my life with no progress or gain.
I recently changed to an airpump over a Bathmate and I'm not sure if it's because I'm using more pressure or the water, but I think I got less edema with the water pump system. Any thoughts? Does it make sense that the water and or heat would make a difference in that. (Been doing 7hg in airpump, I did about max in Bathmate Hydro (should be about 7hg to 10hg). Edit: I get 6-8% bigger with airpump, less with waterpump but did get slow gains
this is literally the advertised function of the bathmate. that is the entire point to water pumping. You can still use water in your air pump, as long as the pump itself doesn't take on the water
Me too, bathmate, I get much more with air pump, I think it might be because of weaker pressures tho, the Hydromax 7 is not the strongest pump@@brolaf3792
After watching twice I still don't understand why the presence of edema indicates you're not circumferentially stretching the tunica or why edema buildup prevents the tunica from stretching. Some questions: >If we're just concerned with stretching the tunica when we pump, what does it matter if the tunica is being stretched by built up blood or built up lymph? If the lymph is trapped beneath the tunica in the CCs, isn't it doing the same job as blood? And if the lymph is trapped under the skin outside the tunica (donut around circumcision scar), how does that interfere with blood/lymph flow within the penis? >What should somebody do if any amount of time in a pump at over 5inHg causes at least some mild edema, even with plenty of conditioning with clamping and pumping? >Why doesn't clamping cause edema as easily as pumping does? If it's a matter of not reaching high enough pressure, then how are significant girth gains from clamping possible? Surely it's not just from pure angiogenesis and no tunica stretching, otherwise the people making gains would have had terrible EQ to begin with which isnt necessarily the case This video seriously needs a follow up IMO
@@zetareticulan321 how you get rid of edema ? It's been two weeks that I have this stiffness of the tunica , my p** doesn't expand , just get a bit hard without expanding feels horrible ......
Hypothetically if get edema a 5hg, which is on the lower end of pressure, should I pump at 4hg where I get no edema. Wouldn't completely eliminating edema lead to insufficient pressures being used in the pump for any gains?
I’ve had the same issue. Overpumped yesterday and got some edema around the glans. It’s been about 20 hours and the swelling hasn’t gone down yet. I don’t think it’s permanent but I’m still a little bit concerned
You're clearly not a health care professional, but you are putting in work to learn A&P and the different systems in the body that can affect what we are trying to do here. You are the man! Keep the content coming! in 10 years I'm gonna have a 10 in P, and you're gonna be a penis doctor making bookoo bucks. Super pumped for you Bd, no pun intended haha.
Never used it for length, but for the little I know about it you need a small cylinder for length pumping. Like only slightly bigger than your girth...but overall I think that it's not really worth it, when you can aim for stuff like hanging.
I start at 5.5 girth and end up being 6.75 after my session. Its only been a month since a started PE and i have just been pumping with light stretching on occasion. Im already achieved 3/16 girth in a month. I measured after taking 48 hrs break from PE. I pump for 3 sets for 5 minutes. The 3rd set is the one that blows up my girth. I'll just do 2 sets for now on.
Yeah dont do what I did lol... Got the bathmate thinking it was a gimmick but hoping it wasn't. After about a month and actually seeing results I got excited and figured I'll do it every day and my body will let me know when it's too much. One day my body let me know it was too much. I had gotten tiny micro bruises around the ridge of the head before but this time I'm guessing I burst a bigger vein because it felt like a bruise but a big one and deep inside the base of my PP. Had to take a whole week off.
Is the 5-10min break between the 10 sets of 2min interval pump necessary? If you take a 5-10 minute middle break, would you have to be fully erect again when starting the reps again?
Outside of PE I've been wondering if very mild edema might help with foreskin restoration. Not for the stretch but getting nutrients in and out of the area. I have no idea it was just a thought I had a few days ago.
first ! Wanted to say thanks for everything youve done for this community :)

I got more edema on water pumping because it's harder to control the vacuum. I had a pump without a hose though.

Tunica is a blood holding tissue. The edema is the pressure escaping through the skin. You lose the benefits and cause cellular disruption
exactly what I thoughts. BD only says Less is more, but why?
I don't get it either. I guess if you get a massive amount of edema, it'll pack the tube and not leave any room for the tunica to expand.
@@zetareticulan321 how you get rid of edema ? It's been two weeks that I have this stiffness of the tunica , my p** doesn't expand , just get a bit hard without expanding feels horrible ......
What I understood is that it's because edema prevents the pressure to build up correctly in the tunica because it disperses the pressure
if you got edema and got healed in

@abdullahiliibaan it's gone fully it only took about 5 hours.
@abdullahiliibaan not sure if it actually helped but I used organic coconut oil and gentle massage

Every other day for pumping? How about hanging? Every day or every other day as well?
Would probably be wise. Overtraining anything will result in regression, not progression.
Once every 4 days is the best

Always want to be erect going into the pump and stay erect. Break is just so you don’t over do it. Just adjust to your body.
