Installing reversing camera from AliExpress to Skoda (VW). What can go wrong? Is it any good?

My Sharan had a camera installed originally by manufacturer. It was a better one for the reasons described in this video.
If you want to by aftermarket like this Chinese, I would expect that installation would be pretty similar. Camera should fit, but please check dimensions of a replacement handle.
