- May 23/2024. Here's a tribute to Elvis I call the fentanyl mystery train. Full blast fast blues jam for 82 minutes! Watch how the addicts stop and do the freeze pose, which is typical sign of fent addiction. The music is still reaching them. That's more than can be said of the phone zombies, which are the majority of Vancouver's population. I got tipped ONCE during this entire 80 minute jam. The apathy continues to dazzle me. Even blues doesn't get a reaction anymore. It's astounding to say this, but if everyone was on fentanyl, I'd have more of an audience on the street. About half of Vancouver is already on fentanyl, so this is why I have people stopping by and doing the freeze every day!

Could you return to a more positive video title scheme? You may be truthfully reflecting your experience at Waterfront stn however its getting to be a downer and its getting hard to separate your great music from the sad undertone comments on the titles.
Sorry, I report life as it happens in Vancouver. This is a reality channel , and I don’t sugercoat my experience, or my surroundings. think of it as yin and Yang. opposing forces. Good and evil. The music is the only thing keeping this area from falling into irretrievable chaos. The more I show the reality of this MAJOR transport hub, the better the chances people see what is going on here, get fed up with it, and start talking to their local MLA’s. That’s the only way things get improved. I am the only one bringing attention to this wasteland. Why would I try to hide the reality? You think this is the Disney channel? You don’t have to watch, you can listen to the audio and download it. besides, it’s only 20 seconds video of an 80 minute jam. If you don't want to see the fentanyl addicts, who are in fact the ONLY ONES LISTENING TO ME, just hit the fast forward button.
I post positive videos of encounters too, but no one watches them. where are your comments on my last 5 videos that were all positive? You didn’t say a word.
People don't really care about positive videos. This has been proven again and again on youtube. Negativity and drama sells, and youtube algorithm favors and promotes this content. I show all sides, like a diary. I have to work this area and I have no intention of portraying it as anything than exactly what it is. Vancouver is fast becoming a shithole, and it needs to be documented.

Having such apathy can't be in any way good. What can we do about it? I don't live in Vancouver but here where I live in Michigan I am also seeing the same kind of apathy.

yes, it is taboo! live music died here ten years ago. all clubs I played in before are gone. now people watch Netflix, or stare at their phones for entertainment.
