For example, say there was a patch of land 100 km below you and you were on a cliff with no safe way down. Teleportation would get you down but time stop wouldn't safely.

for the teleport one, i actually read a comic that solves that issue. if they stop time, then there'll be footprints all the way they walked while time stopped. teleport, only two footprints. and if you have detector plates, you can tell if it's actually super speed,if it detects it on different moments in time, even by miliseconds.
