I have been doing this routine for a couple of years. I keep looking for other routines to vary my workout. None of the other videos make me feel like I have used my whole body like this one. Plus the music is great - just enough but not too much! Thank you.
(Posting this 5 minutes after this workout.) While I was waiting for my mini trampoline to come in the mail, I looked at lots of RUclips videos to see which ones would be good for beginners and settled on this one. I thought because my job is so physical and requires great stamina (MT) I could get through 30 minutes no problem. NOT! My legs burned 2 minutes into it. I tried pushing through, but by 10 minutes I had to stop and was completely drenched. By 20 minutes I had to stop again and drink some water, but I was determined to get through this. I made it through! This is not as easy at it looks, especially if you've had to take a long break from cardio (auto accident) and just starting out again. I feel completely refreshed and energized! This is a great workout and I'm already looking forward to starting my morning with this tomorrow! Thank you Rosalie!
Great workout. Gentle. Less impacting but a good burst of cardio. I went through major surgery 4 months ago and it's a perfect workout to start off with.
Saw this, went a bought one of these and started today, really pleased, can do this at home and not worry about what people may think of me. Actually really enjoyed it and will continue.

Excellent 25 minute workout for a beginner or actually any level. I just completed it for the first time, and it was extremely easy to follow and it wasn't boring. The instructor taught the first exercise and then layered subsequent exercises one at a time so you could fall into the 'routine' easily. Since I am new to cardio workouts, I found myself winded at times so I just went back into the basic bounce and was easy to pick right back up in the routine when I was ready.
Just got my first mini trampoline & after watching the video, I thought I really had to have a go. I loved it. As I am very fit I wasn't expecting to work up to such a sweat. Simply brilliant. Thank you so much for sharing.
Fabulous! Rosalie, you are awesome!! You make this super fun! I normally run 5 miles nightly, but was looking fir some variety and some indoor alternatives during stormy nights and this was great fun! I actually worked my calf muscles in an entirely different way than when running - nice change. I also occasionally do jump rope and have tried HIIIT, but running is just so enjoyable. Great work out. I've not done any exercise in years. I'm now over 40 and I've worked through one 30 minute session yesterday it maybe just in the mind but I think I can see the results already. I managed to sneak in a 15 minute session today and another half session in tonight. Will this cut down on the results?
great exercise.......i was looking for something to do with this mini trampoline i bought for my autistic son so that me n him cud ve jumping time together.......can i do these xercise with dumbells of 1.5 kg each??
so I had 2 discectomy and I was able to do everything but the knee lifts on here but I modified and did not jump it was easy and I loved it more video's like this please or even showing modified moves thank you!
This looks like a good jogging trampoline. This lady is smart wearing sneakers for safety. I want a 40 or 48 inch. I wonder if this brand has it. Excellent demostration.
This is a fun workout- I like the arm movements, too. I can feel my arms and side abs getting stronger from this. I wish there were a little more stretching at the end. Total workout time is about 20 min. Start video at about 2min.
Go with bungee. The bungee is easier to replace than the mat, which will tear, even if springs are virtually indestructible. That's why they started using bungees (I speak from experience).
Hi Rosalie, what width is your trampoline? I have never tried rebounding .. I wonder twisting myfoot or falling off if the width of the trampoline is too small. Any particular brand that you recommend?
What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ruclips.net/user/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
I have plantar faciaiitis and was wondering if this would work for me being its on a mini tramp, but it looks like she is doing this on the balls of her feet, not her whole foot. does that make a difference?
Debi Bes Plantar Facialitis is not fun!!! The whole foot is striking the surface, a very natural movemment. I personally have orthotics made for me. Hope your feet get better!!
I'm a jogger on these and I use some 3 lb hand weights. I love the 48 inch tramps, you can be a fool for 30 minutes without too much of a sweat, turn that music on and salsa or whatever, just get those feet off the tramp and have some fun. She is perfect on how she uses her feet, balls of the foot then the heel otherwise you will pull a ham.
I did try it years ago but it made me nauseaus felt so sick had to stop. tried it again ... got so sick to stomach felt like throwing up . too re bounder threw it out.

This is awesome, I just moved into an apartment and I live upstairs, so this is great and much quieter on my neighbors below and easier on the knees.

Cathy L. do it next to a wall and they also sell one with a bar to hang on to if you need it, i do it next to bed and wall, never fell yet
