DAWNMARIE clean with washing up liquid and and a sponge to maintain the maxiclimber .. this is what I do everyday when I use it :) and do the handles too :)

Wow. That was a very different workout from number 1. Intense. Question on handle height, where should it align to? Thanks also for using hand gestures and loud countdowns for transitions as it can be hard to hear once the climber is going full force!
girs this really work, i have 2 months now with my maxyclimber i do 20-30mnts 3-2 times a week burning 300calories each time plus after maxy climber i do another 20mnts abdominals etc,,,,,....my legs and arms have become really really nice, i really dont feel anything going on on my abdomen, well im doing something else for that, but definetely on my legs and arms this maxy climber really work....sorry for my spelling but tuis phone sometimes dont work xo xo xo

Hi Rosalie. We see basketball player Lebron James use the VersaClimber. Ball players seem to go all out for 60-90secs then they are done. Do you recommend this with the Maxiclimber, if so how many cycles should an athlete do? Thoughts? Thanks
John Nelson Yes- hockey players too do this! Start with my maxi climber #6 workout..when that gets easy start with 60 Seconds x 5 rounds and see how long it takes you to recover after 60 seconds... try to take 45 sec to recover and go again... then you can try the 90 and at least 45-60 sec recovery
@@RosalieBrownFit I like that plan. My 10 yearold son has been doing it for a year now. Hes gotten stronger and can do any of the videos. But we need to so it more often and needed a plan for those 60 reps. Jes put on 8 pounds in the last 6 weeks because the schools are closed. But we are trying to gain weight. Just need the muscle and endurance again.
