    A great trick I've learned for lasagna noodles is to soak the uncooked noodles for 20 minutes in hot tap water before using! It totally works every time!

      Honestly, that picture was from my cookbook photo shoot so I had a food stylist and photographer to help. When I make it at home it looks a little sloppy when I cut it but, it tastes fantastic!!

    I made this and used butternut pumpkin instead of carrots as I find it's a touch sweeter and used nutritional yeast instead of pretend parmesan and it turned out great.

      Sounds delicious! I have used the nutritional yeast before but never with butternut squash. I'll have to give that a try.

    Several super processed vegan items that are either unavailable where I live, or super expensive and I can't afford them.
