hice todo exactamente como lo hiciste y cuando le doy a play game me da un error: ''the program cant start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'' que hago?

me da un error con el update me dice esto:
Download for file "mods\menus\default\index.html" failed.
Error: An exception occurred during a WebClient request.
Error: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Halo\mods\menus\default\index.html'.
