The person has to be in the party and in the arena before gorosh is killed I believe

If you get the wrong boss, you can simply invite your alt to your group and logout and reset instance with your alt, this will spawn your warrior back at the entrance.

basicly phase 2 geared all over the place even has some AQ stuff.. but his gear is "not that good" :D
