Beautiful rendition - one of Stevie's most underrated songs. I remember first hearing him playing the song before it was released on Saturday Night Live (telling my age...) and it moved me then as a youngster. This brings a different life to it from the guitar - well done sir.
Yet another absolutely lovely version of a great tune, Walter. Your choice of chords, the fullness of your arrangements and the ease with which you play all reflect your immense talent and dedication. I'm nearing 77 now and obviously at the tail end of my playing career. I wish I had had
an opportunity to study with you long ago. Learning without instruction, as I did, leads to far too many bad habits that are extremely difficult to unlearn. You are making a wonderful musical contribution that I hope continues for many years to come.

I love the way you maintain the integrity of the song. You hold true to the original melody that Stevie Wonder wrote so many years ago. But at the same time, you add such a personal flavor and style that is all so you. It's very awesome and beautiful to listen to.

I've watched a bunch of your guitar-playing videos, and they are all delightful! I grew up wanting to be a rock guitarist, and now, 50 years later, after listening to folks like you, Joe Pass, Tommy Emmanuel, Richard Smith, and others, I realize I'm barely a guitar player at all. I have become fascinated with the concept of playing both melody and accompaniment on guitar, and am just trying to learn "Freight Train", which, as simple as it is, is a struggle for me! Regardless of whether I ever get there (doubtful at my age), the journey is fun anyway. Thanks for sharing your gift with us all!
