Loved where you started to go on addressing weaknesses instead of just doing “good exercises” on repeat that could progress imbalance 7:30. Huge % of gym peeps would benefit from videos on tracking/testing their weakness and applicable variations.
Thank you for answering my question. It was something I was trying to figure out and thought would be an interesting topic of discussion. It more or less co-aligns with what I had thought and was planning on. Now I need to rehab my hamstring post meet and we can give er a go.
Thank you so much for answering my question in depth! Helped me see I was a little farther along than I initially thought. When the pain was reoccurring and stopping me from hinging I replaced DLs for ssb good mornings and hip thrusts along with more glute exercises to strengthen them and these last 2 weeks I’ve felt no stinging pain on hinging for ssb good mornings. Gives me good ideas on how to reintroduce DLs.
I have seen untested lifters that will up the dosage without addressing training when they plateau. Most tested lifters will look at programming nutrition recovery and other factors which may yield better results
The owner of the gym I used to go to previously, was geared for the past (umm if I remember correctly) 15 years, I was and am natural, he commented many times that he swears I was geared because of the workload, I used to respond 'get me tested'. Anyways, he's workload was something like one tenth what I used to do (a bit of an exaggeration there, but you get the idea), but I was high on sugar at the time, meaning I would be eating a great deal of carbs, including simple carbs, currently I can't do the same workload, on low carbs, almost none simple carbs. Along with genetics, I believe diet plays a lot, curious as to how gear would cause a difference, but it'll stay a curiosity, not poking my self.
I wrote an actual comment but youtube ate it and I ain’t typing it all again.
Talk to text it!
Your efforts are appreciated

This is absolutely freaking so cool! I now feel challenged to work on my deadlift accessory work a little bit MORE. 15-20% you say...
I've had guys get over 200lbs loaded on a landmine with these haha

lol that may explain a bit for my case | heavy heavy amount of carbs | I enjoy pasta and ramen noodles far too much

Dude! I didn't even ask a question 8:30 ! löl
has anyone ever told you that you look like a younger santa claus? same jolly bearded guy energy and wearing a hat 24/7
The last thing a guy wants to hear is that he resembles Santa Claus in any way. 😂
I tell everyone I look like Jo Jordan not Santa
Love the bobblehead :-)
Was a gift from one of my clients - possibly the coolest gift I've ever recieved!
Hi
And yet steroid users nearly always train differently anyway
